The last season of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was had plenty of drama in every episode. And a lot of the drama surrounded Kyle Richards. From rumors about her husband cheating, supposed racist comments and being smack dab in the middle of one of the nastiest housewives fights in history, Kyle had a rough season to say the least.
She recently opened up to Radar Online at her store Kyle By Alene Too and talked about how last season affected her and moving on to next season.

Everybody felt bad for Kyle while her marriage — and her husband's fidelity — were being dragged through the mud by the tabloids. But who knew it was going to start a war between Brandi Glanville and Lisa Vanderpump? Although Lisa and Brandi were already having a few disagreements, things really blew up when Brandi told Kyle that Lisa wanted to bring tabloids with her and Mauricio's marriage on the cover to their vacation in Puerto Rico. Which lead to an epic beachside argument between all of the ladies and Lisa eventually moved to another resort.
“This season was a little dark for me,” Richards told Radar “There are times we actually do have a lot of fun. We travel and there will be drama but we all have a lot of fun, but this one [season] not so much.”
I would say getting in an argument with your one-time bestie on the beach would qualify as "not so much." But, it does seem that Kyle is ready to move on.
“Being on the Housewives there are downside and some negativity to say the least,” she explained, but told Radar that she doesn’t hold a grudge.
“I’m always the kind of person who can get past things. Life is too short. Even if I’m mad at somebody I bump into them and I’m like ‘Oh shoot, I forgot I was mad at them.’”
That seems to definitely be true. Kyle was even recently spotted at Lisa Vanderpump's new restaurant, PUMP, with of all people Brandi Glanville. Although it was a mistake that they were there, they still went inside.
“We were actually going to the Abbey, but the car dropped us off right in front of Pump and I said ‘I would like to see it,’ and I was invited to the opening but I was going to the upfronts the next day didn’t want to leave my kids so I skipped it. I thought it was beautiful inside.”
As far as next season is concerned Kyle says it should be fun, “depending on the women.” Does that mean she knows who the new cast members are and is not telling us?? I wonder….
She also said that she doesn’t take being on the show for granted.“There are a lot of upsides too so that doesn’t pass me. There have been a lot of good fun things that come out of the show so I’m grateful for that.”
