Phaedra Parks is moving again! After renovating the mansion she once shared with Apollo Nida, the Real Housewives Of Atlanta star has decided her newly divorced self needs new fancy digs!
According to real estate documents, Phaedra spent $1.9 million on a new home located in the prestigious Buckhead area of North Atlanta.

Phaedra initially purchased the 9,000 sq ft in October, but she hasn’t moved in yet – perhaps doing renovations? Perhaps waiting to see if Chateau Sheree is ever finished before revealing her new home on the season finale of RHOA?
Straight From The A reports that Phaedra purchased the home under the name “Phaedra Parks Nida” and listed herself as an “unmarried woman” on the real estate deed. She gotta a lot of sprawl for her single self … 6 bedrooms, 10 baths, 2 acres with a pool, a four-car garage, plus a full guest house in an exclusive gated community. Sheesh $2 million sure does go far in Atlanta!
No word on whether or not Phaedra plans to sell her current home. In 2013 before Apollo’s fraud indictment, she purchased the ‘fixer upper’ presently seen on RHOA for $849,000. Prior to that Phaedra sold her original home for $350,000.

An interesting aside about Phaedra’s new digs – she transferred the holdings of the mansion into her personal trust. Possibly as a protection against Apollo’s threatened litigation (as you know he’s trying to contest the divorce by filing his own papers – months after the divorce was finalized – requesting 50/50 split of their assets, etc), but also likely as an estate planning precaution for her sons.
Also, for those ready to claim it’s a Shady Phae-Phae move – not really, it’s standard proceedings for people with multiple assets, and Phaedra initially purchased the home in her name only transferring it to the Trust once the sale was completed.
