Sometimes, BravoCon raises more questions than it answers. At BravoCon 2023, plenty of fans were confused to see Shereé Whitfield pull up to the party in a wheelchair. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star would go on to explain the industry at the convention.
But with so much going on at BravoCon, it was easy to miss her story. Moreover, given the way rumors circulate in the reality TV world, misinformation about her injury wasn’t uncommon.
For many fans, Shereé’s wheelchair was brought to their attention by Tamra Judge, who posted a photo and video of herself pushing the RHOA star around the convention’s backstage areas. “Who gon’ push her boo?” she captioned the post.

During “The Reading Room” panel, the reason for Shereé’s wheelchair was finally explained. Andy Cohen asked what happened to her. “I actually got into a little altercation with a golf cart,” she revealed. Luckily, the injury wasn’t too major. She explained, “I hurt my toe, so…”
Despite the injury, Shereé wanted to ensure she made it out to the convention. “But, I wanted to be here because you guys have been so supportive and loyal to me for so long,” she said. “So it’s important for me to be here.” Odds are good that Shereé will be back on her feet in no time. Luckily, she had her newfound friend Tamra to offer support at the convention.
Tamra and Shereé formed a perhaps unlikely friendship as they both filmed on The Traitors Season 2. The two both went to Scotland, where it would seem the traitorous conceit of the show didn’t stop them from forming a bond. As Shereé commented on the RHOC star’s post, “My girl [Tamra] always got my back….LITERALLY!!!!”
