Bachelor’s Peter Weber on Phaedra Parks’ Traitors Diss

Season 2 of The Traitors is underway, and it’s already got the people talking. The first three episodes hit Peacock on January 12 and have featured schemes, twists, and reality TV legends clawing their way to $250,000.

Among the stars are a few Real Housewives, including Phaedra Parks, and a Bachelor cast member, Peter Weber. In the trailer for Season 2 of the Emmy-award-winning series, the Real Housewives of Atlanta and Married to Medicine star could be seen sparring with the heartbreaker over something unknown.

“This is not the Bachelor, and I don’t have to kiss your ass for a rose,” she said. So, how did Peter feel about Phae Phae while filming in the Scotland castle? Us Weekly has the details.

Where does Peter stand with Phaedra after The Traitors?

After the trailer dropped, viewers went nuts over the potential showdown between Phaedra and Pete. “Phaedra coming for Pilot Pete in the trailer for The Traitors is the holiday gift I didn’t know I needed,” one user wrote.

However, despite their rift, Pete was excited to play this game with the reality TV vet. “That trailer, man, the comments on that, holy sh*t,” he said. “I had a great time with Phaedra. We had an up and down relationship. I’ve seen her a bunch on TV, so it was very cool to play with her, and she’s a sweetheart — for the most part. So, it was good.”

Outside of learning not to cross his Bravo co-star, what else did Peter learn during his time on The Traitors?

“I learned very quickly doing this show, I loved it so much because it was the exact opposite of The Bachelor,” he said. “The Bachelor was a type of show where I went into — obviously, you’re leading with your heart. It’s all emotion-based, and this show required you to do the exact opposite and completely detach from your heart in any emotion, to not let that cloud your judgment in any way and just have it be just a purely mental game. So, it was very different. No similarities whatsoever, but I enjoyed it like no other.”

The Traitors continues on Peacock on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET.
