Lindsie Chrisley Hits Back at Sister Savannah After ‘Family Is Not Blood’ Comments

Lindsie Chrisley might be one of the lesser-known members of the Chrisley family, but it doesn’t mean she’s without Chrisley drama. Todd Chrisley’s oldest daughter from his first marriage appeared on a few seasons of Chrisley Knows Best. After speculations of disputes with Todd and Julie Chrisley, she basically disappeared.

As you probably know, the rents are in jail because they lied to the government about their finances. Lindsie’s sister Savannah Chrisley is largely unfiltered in her commentary and seemingly uneducated about the judicial process. On a recent podcast, Sassy pretty much nailed Lindsie for helping to put Mommy and Daddy behind bars. Linds spoke about it on an episode of her own podcast, The Southern Tea.

Blood is not thicker than water or prison bars …

Savannah has been running her mouth about all things unfair since her mother and father were incarcerated in early 2023. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits prior to the parents going asunder, but the reconciliation was brief. The Growing Up Chrisley star doesn’t talk a lot about Lindsie, but she made up for it when she appeared on Jason Tartick’s Trading Secrets podcast.

According to Savannah, it’s “110 percent true” Lindsie was complicit in the parents’ conviction and now Lindsie is speaking. “It was brought to my attention by a ton of listeners of the podcast, The Southern Tea and Coffee Convos community. That my sister had yet again chosen to make public comments about me regarding my parents’ ongoing legal battle,” she explained.

Keep in mind Lindsie has “completely refrained from discussing anything in regards to our relationship publicly for a significant amount of time.” Savannah further stoked the fires and said Linds is “a huge player in this whole fiasco” of their parents’ crimes. She added, “Family is not blood.”

“My sister has never privately reached out to me to discuss her apparent issues with me and has publicly said several times that we have no relationship at all. It’s nothing. So, why she has chosen to have a public conversation regarding me at every opportunity she is given, I will truly never understand that. But I hope it gives her whatever she is seeking from doing so,” Lindsie added.

Is Savannah bullying Lindsie?

She also clocked Sassy for bullying tactics when she previously advocated for the mental health community. “[Savannah] should maybe make sure that you aren’t harming someone’s mental health” when making statements, implying it “seems a little bit contradictory for a person to do both of those things simultaneously.”

On the next episode of her podcast, Lindsie will have her lawyer present and continue addressing the subject matter.
