Love Is Blind Season 6: Sunni Accuses Matthew of ‘Ghosting’ Her

Matthew Duliba, resident Love Is Blind Season 6 heartthrob, made a sneaky exit from the pods without giving everyone the heads-up. And Sunni Haralalka didn’t take lightly being “ghosted.”

She took to TikTok to spill the tea and dropped a video hinting, “This is the goodbye chat I wish I got from Matthew before he pulled a Houdini on me in the pods.” Drama, right?

And oh, the video! It came with a male voiceover doing a whole “It’s not you, it’s me” spiel, saying he’s too caught up chasing his own thing to be in a relationship. The classic goodbye. But it’s better than no goodbye, right?

Third wheel?

US Weekly shared that Sunni didn’t just leave it at that. She added a juicy caption revealing she was one of Matthew’s pod dates, but alas, our guy didn’t bother with a farewell. (And for the record, Matthew’s been mum about their pod romance, which, by the way, didn’t make it to our Netflix screens.)

But there’s more! Sunni hit up her Instagram to add a little more to the story. She hadn’t really gossiped about their fling in the women’s lounge, but she was actually the third wheel in Matthew’s Love Is Blind love tricycle.

When Love Is Blind Season 6 kicked off on Valentine’s Day, Matthew was all “I’m so closed off,” but then, plot twist, he managed to get cozy with not one, but two Ambers—Amber Grant and Amber Desiree “AD” Smith. The gals ended up comparing notes in the lounge, discovering Matthew’s copy-paste proposal plans.

The whole love triangle thing got too spicy for Amber Grant, who decided to “peace out” of the show. And when Amber G. left, Matthew did a total 180, breaking up with AD to chase after Amber. Guess it makes sense that he was too busy to give Sunni a proper farewell.

Not the whole story

But that’s apparently not the whole story. In another classic move, Matthew revealed that the juiciest part of his Love Is Blind story got snipped! Hold onto your seats, folks. Edit blaming in 3, 2, 1…

In an Instagram comment extravaganza earlier this month, Matthew spilled some deets. “A crucial detail about my life was left on the cutting room floor. I’m living the sober life, no cocktails for this guy, and I took on the Love Is Blind experiment completely sober.”

And here’s the twist, it turns out being sober played a major role in why he had a tough time sparking connections with the lovely ladies at the start of the experiment. Who knew a lack of cocktails could stir up so much drama? You’d think you’d make better decisions with a clear mind.

Love Is Blind Season 6 continues Wednesdays on Netflix.
