Though I’m still trying to get all the players straight on The Valley, I do know that Michelle Lally and Jesse Lally are struggling to keep their marriage afloat. I also know that they filed for divorce before the show premiered in March, so they weren’t successful.
In Episode 5, Kristen Doute’s boyfriend, Luke Broderick, took a page from his girlfriend’s book and claimed to know “a secret that [could] just end everything” in the Lallys’ marriage. There was a rumor circulating among the group that while hanging out at Chateau Marmont, Michelle had become friends with an A-list director. Jesse seemed unperturbed by his wife’s new acquaintance and insisted they were just friends.
But during her April 23 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, castmate Janet Caperna spilled some tea about Michelle and her new boyfriend.
Janet’s perspective
Janet suggested that the connection could be business-related rather than nefarious. Michelle and Jesse are both real estate agents, and Janet believed the famous director was a client.
“[Michelle] was trying to sell his house,” her friend said. “I don’t think that there was anything to that.”
However, once filming on The Valley ended and the couple separated, Michelle didn’t waste any time diving back into the dating pool. She’s since gone public with a new guy, teasing on her Instagram Stories that she’s dating “someone amazing.”
Though Michelle’s coy about revealing his identity, Brittany Cartwright shared a photo of Michelle with financial advisor Aaron Nosler, implying that he’s her new man.
Janet, who has yet to meet Michelle’s new beau, said, “I heard he’s a great guy.”
Fellow WWHL guest Ally Lewber also gave Michelle’s new flame the stamp of approval. “I met him at an event, and he was nice,” she commented.
