Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter and her boyfriend Travis Mullen had settled into happy domesticity. The couple and their shared six children were happily crammed into her three bedroom townhouse.
But then things got ugly when Travis’ ex-wife, Meghan Mullen, initiated a court battle. She started making wild allegations against both her ex and his girlfriend, which they both deny. Things got so bad that Gina decided Travis should temporarily move out with his kids, removing her family from the drama.
Finally, on March 31, Travis filed for sole legal and physical custody of their three children in an emergency motion. In addition, he wants Meghan’s time with their children supervised by a professional monitor.
Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend Travis Mullen’s ex claims her kids are “afraid” of the RHOC couple

“[Meghan’s] behavior continues to undermine my custodial time and attempt to alienate the children from me,” Travis told the court. Per In Touch, she also allegedly allows one of their children to “miss an unacceptable amount of school.”
“Further, I believe [Meghan’s] behavior has been damaging to our children,” he continued. “For over a year, I have tried to reason with [Meghan] … but nothing has improved.”
In addition to allegedly depriving him of time with his kids, Meghan has apparently refused to take at least two court-mandated drug tests. Travis asked for the drug tests due to suspicions that his ex is taking “illegal prescription medication that impairs her ability to care for our children … I have been notified on three different occasions … that [Meghan] has passed out in the [school] pick up line.”
In response, Meghan claimed, “His filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children.” She further alleged that the children “have repeatedly reported to me that they are afraid of their father and his girlfriend.”
Besides claiming the RHOC star mocked her son for his weight, Meghan says all three children have reported that Gina speaks negatively about their mother. A source close to Gina calls these allegations “total BS” and the actions of a woman desperate to keep custody of her children. The insider is adamant Gina would never mock Travis’ children.
While the court denied Travis’ emergency request for custody, they did set a hearing for review. The hearing is set for July 10.
