The Summer House Season 9 reunion looks are here! It’s been another amazing season of Summer House. And the cast once again stepped up their game for the reunion looks. This year, the housemates all coordinated with a pastel theme. The set design followed suit. For Season 9, the reunion set references the Snoozefest bedtime themed party. The stage is designed to look like a giant mattress. Which is pretty iconic!
Not totally surprising that this cast knows how to follow a theme, considering the many elaborate theme parties they throw all summer. There isn’t a truly bad look in the bunch. But only one can be named best dressed. So, who will it be? Here are our rankings of the Summer House Season 9 reunion looks, from worst to best.
Jesse Solomon is one of many “boys in blue”
Truth be told, the guys are kinda boring and too similar. Three of the five male Summer House cast members went for pale blue suits this year. So, for this ranking, it all comes down to the small details. With Jesse Solomon’s Summer House Season 9 reunion look, it’s the black tee shirt and shoes. I can’t get past how jarring they look with a pastel blue suit. It’s a downgrade after I named him the best dressed of the guys last year.
Jesse himself admitted there were too many “boys in blue” this year. “But blue’s my favorite color, so I’m gonna rip it anyway,” he added. But he also said the pastel theme was too “preppy” for him.
This tee shirt and suit pairing isn’t the biggest mistake Jesse made throughout Summer House Season 9. Surely, his disastrous showmance with Lexi Wood will take center stage at the reunion. When it comes to reunion fashion, his ex Lexi wins this round.
West Wilson went “kind of chill”
Next on the list is West Wilson. He went with “kind of chill,” adding, “I’m gonna wear glasses and throw some accessories on to bring it home. It’s nothing loud.” Overall, I like this more than his reunion look in Season 8.
However, I’m surprised West chose another suit that appears to be the same color and fabric as his reunion jacket last year. Because he sweat through said jacket after being held accountable for the way he treated Ciara Miller. Since this year’s theme is pastels, I guess there was no choice that wouldn’t show sweat stains! But West probably won’t be in the hot seat this year anyway. His bestie Jesse’s in that position now.
Imrul Hassan went for clean and crisp
When it comes to tan suits with white shirts paired with a chain necklace, I have to give the edge to Imrul Hassan over West Wilson. Well, according to Imrul, it’s actually a pale green suit.
Overall, newcomer Imrul looks pretty sharp at his first Summer House reunion. The black socks aren’t quite as jarring at Jesse’s black shirt and shoes. But I’m not sure why that’s what you’d pair with a light suit and, in Imrul’s words, “crispy, crispy, crispy white” shoes?
More than anything, I’m confused why Imrul isn’t in the cast photo for the Season 9 reunion. Apparently, he made enemies at the reunion. Is that the big reunion twist that’s been teased? We’ll have to watch to find out.
Carl Radke has a surprising Summer House style icon
Carl Radke told Bravo that his inspiration this year was “Jesse Solomon in the Hamptons.” Huh! I wouldn’t have thought of Jesse as a style icon. But, as we’ll see later in this list, Carl’s not the only Summer House Season 9 cast member who took inspiration from a co-star.
Overall, this is a much better look than last year, where I named Carl worst dressed. The Soft Bar founder even beat his style icon Jesse in the Season 9 reunion look rankings!
Kyle Cooke wins best dressed of the Summer House guys
“I went with a little splatter of flair and a baby-blue suit,” Kyle Cooke told Bravo when asked to describe his Season 9 reunion look. I’m assuming “splatter of flair” refers to the pattern on his shirt. Not sure if that’s how I’d describe it. But I’m mostly glad to see a guy embrace any pattern! The other men should take some notes from Kyle. He’s the best dressed of them this year.
I’m not wild about the shoe choice. But he looks great from head to ankle. Thank god he finally agreed to cut that mullet at last season’s reunion.
Amanda Batula is a timeless beauty
Next up is Kyle’s spouse Amanda Batula. The swimwear designer told Bravo that she was going for “timeless beauty.” The high neckline and (what appear to be) shoulder pads do bring a classic Old Hollywood elegance. And I love the light purple color.
Amanda was my pick for best dressed at the Season 8 reunion. But don’t take her ranking this year as some major downgrade. All the Summer House ladies look incredible, as per usual. Unfortunately, while making this ranking, I kept overlooking Amanda’s. She looks great, but it’s just not memorable.
Ciara Miller switches it up after last year’s viral revenge dress
Ciara Miller told Bravo “I’m giving goddess,” adding, “Greek goddess, very ethereal vibes, which was kind of my vibe last year so maybe in a different way.” It doesn’t have the impact of her Season 8 reunion dress. However, that instantly became one of the most memorable Bravo reunion looks in years. So, The Traitors Season 3 star raised her own bar very high.
With Ciara’s Season 9 reunion look, I’m just not wild about the feather detail up top. It’s also pretty distracting. The pale yellow dress also kind of looks like she’s wearing a bed sheet. Although I suppose that does fit with the set! All in all, it’s impossible for the Victoria’s Secret model to look bad.
Lexi Wood wears the revenge dress this year
For her first Summer House reunion, Lexi Wood went for an Old Hollywood ice queen vibe. Taking a paige out of Ciara’s book, the polarizing newbie wears the revenge dress this year. Although considering their feud, Lexi probably won’t name Ciara as an inspiration for her debut reunion look. Surely, Lexi and Jesse Solomon’s relationship will be a major part of the reunion. At the very least, she claims victory over her ex in the Summer House Season 9 reunion look rankings.
Lindsay Hubbard went for MILF vibes at the Summer House Season 9 reunion
For her first reunion as a mom, Lindsay Hubbard wanted to look like a “MILF.” She told Bravo, “The inspiration was try to look as hot as humanly possible.” She cut her hair for the reunion, and rocks a smoldering smokey eye.
True to form, Lindsay revealed her Summer House Season 9 reunion look a day before everyone else. Sorry to Amanda, but I have to give Lindsay the edge when it comes to pastel purple dresses this year. She looks hot, and I love how it’s a twist on the classic Grecian style dress.
Paige DeSorbo’s custom look references one of her Summer House castmates
The Bed Bug queen herself, Paige DeSorbo, must’ve felt right at home on this reunion stage. This year, Paige rocks a mint green dress she custom designed with designer Luisa et la Luna. “I loved the subtle cut-out on the waist,” Paige told Bravo. That cut-out, and the chain link belt, aren’t the only fun details on the dress.
“Of course I had to wear shoulder pads to the reunion,” Paige added. It’s a nod to one of her many iconic Summer House lines. “She wore shoulder pads to the beach!” Paige famously said of Lindsay’s look when Carl proposed in Season 7. In a way, this dress represents how close Paige and Lindsay got in Season 9 after years of butting heads. Summer House continues to be for the girls!
Gabby Prescod wins best dressed at the Summer House Season 9 reunion
Gabby Prescod is the only Summer House Season 9 reunion look that made me gasp when I first saw it. That alone puts it at the top of the ranking! Gabby said she was going for a 1950s housewife vibe. I’m not sure the inspiration matches the dress, although the super cute hair flip is right on point. But it’s a knockout regardless. The sexy cut out shows off her incredible abs while still maintaining elegance. As for her hairstyle, Gabby said, “The hair is flipped up, so is the attitude.”
Paige has some competition for the Summer House fashion icon title! In fact, Gabby regularly slays the fashion game on Summer House. In my opinion, she’s also a total gem who should get more screen time. Fingers crossed we’ll see more of her on Summer House Season 10!
