Below Deck Season 12 already has a potential deflector, as seen in Episode 1. You see, Chef Lawrence Snowden prefers working in peaceful environments. However, this man of faith is currently filming in a reality television-based kitchen. This aspect means that his workspace contains cameras and production team members, who quickly had Lawrence questioning his future in this series.
So, did Chef Lawrence Snowden Quit Below Deck Season 12?

Chef Lawrence Snowden threatened to resign at the end of Below Deck Season 12 Episode 1. However, the viewers will need to wait until Episode 2 to see if Lawrence follows through with his early exit plans.
Working as a solo chef on a massive yacht is stressful. Across this franchise, chefs are typically the first crew members who snap. From timing to plating to individualized guest preferences, this gig is not for the faint of heart, which Lawrence appears to be.
Relying on his born-again faith, Lawrence is doing his best to quote verses during his stressful moments. However, this coping mechanism is proving hard, as cameras are everywhere Lawrence turns. Right from the start, Lawrence is acting annoyed with these unseen heroes. He has even asked them to cease filming him while he works in his galley.
Sadly for Lawrence, this is a reality television-based series. Therefore, production will not bend to this request, as seen in the premiere episode of Below Deck. Cue Lawrence telling Captain Kerry Titheradge that he “can’t do another charter” as the credits rolled on Below Deck Season 12 Episode 1.
Stay tuned to see if Lawrence follows through with his spoken lament.
Below Deck continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo. Below Deck also streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
