Below Deck Season 12 is coming in hot, thanks to Episode 1. On board is a chef who loathes cameras and unorganized spaces, a green stew who is already questioning her likeability following several run-ins with an equally raw-speaking member of her team, and a deck team that has already misstepped, annoying their first primary charter guest. No one got fired during Below Deck Season 12 Episode 1. However, Chef Lawrence Snowden has already threatened to resign. Meanwhile, Caio Poltronieri royally screwed up during his first day as a bosun on Bravo.
At the start of Episode 1, nine crew members formed the cast of Below Deck Season 12. At the end of Season 12 Episode 1, all nine yachties remained snug in their positions onboard the superyacht St. David.
But even though there were zero firings in this supersized premiere episode, Chef Lawrence Snowden might soon write his own plane ticket home. Unfortunately, this man is not finding himself well in the galley.
Likewise, Bosun Caio Poltronieri is already struggling. Superyacht St. David is the largest yacht he has ever worked on. To his credit, Caio wants to do well. But there are far too many ducks to line up on a ship of this size.
Overall, his mind is feeling scattered after only one day on board. Due to his lack of experience on vessels like this, Caio is making mistakes everywhere, from not using his radio correctly to ignoring the guest’s luggage, which he stupidly left on the pier.
Although no one got cut loose during Below Deck Season 12 Episode 1, keep watching. We expect this answer might soon change.
