She’s shared her thoughts both on her own social media and on the reality show with her family, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things. And now, she’s sharing the details of her boob job.
Sami broke down the details of her breast augmentation on IG stories. This came on the heels of Kylie Jenner doing the same thing on TikTok and going viral for sharing the exact boob job order along with her plastic surgeon. Looks like sharing is caring after all.

Instead of TikTok though, Sami went on Instagram and answered some questions on IG Q&A. One of the questions was about the details of her boob job which she answered with a photo of her showing off said implants in a powder blue bikini.
This isn’t the first time Sami’s talked about her boob job. In 2023, after it happened she shared a photo on social media with the caption, “Guess who got a new rack todayyyy.” She detailed the entire procedure on Snapchat.
Now, the OnlyFans star is sharing the exact implants and how they were done. She shared that she got 350 cc silicone implants, moderate profile, under the muscle. These are typically a C cup bra size and the procedure is meant to look the most natural.
Comparatively, Kylie got 445 cc silicone implants. Kylie also shared her plastic surgeons name for those interested in following in her footsteps.
This isn’t the only plastic surgery Sami has been open about. She’s also gotten lip fillers and veneers and a nose job in 2024. Additionally, this was shown on the show and highlighted Denise’s reservation about Sami going under the knife.
Honestly, it’s actually kind of refreshing to be in an era where stars share the truth about the work they’ve had done as opposed to saying it’s all natural. It makes them seem more real.
