Let’s check out what the reality stars were up to this weekend! Some of the Vanderpump Rules castmates had a little fun together. Tom Sandoval, Scheana Marie, Billie Lee, Jeremy Madix and Tom Schwartz attended the Firework APP launch at Two Bit Circus, playing skee-ball and more.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast – minus Lisa Vanderpump – were photographed out and about in Los Angeles together and then again at the premiere of “The Toybox” in North Hollywood. Is it just me or is it starting to feel like LVP is going to be very part-time this season or maybe not on it at all? She’s not been seen in any of the group photos so far, not the cast trips nor the events up to this point. Either she’s managing to stay under the photog radar or she’s not going to be on this season.
As of this moment, there’s no word on Denise’s storyline, minus that surprise marriage. Let’s just hope that Denise ends up breathing some (much-needed) new life into this show. Beverly Hills vets Camille Grammer, Erika Jayne, and Dorit Kemsley shared their first impressions of Denise. The good news is that they all seem to love her, so hopefully the viewers do too. The bad news is that they all seem to love her, so hopefully the viewers aren’t bored. Again.
Considering that Denise Richards only gave her dress designer 24 hours to make something for her surprise wedding to Aaron Phypers, no one should be giving the outfit flack. In all honesty, why does anyone care about what someone else wore to her wedding? But apparently, a lot of people took issue with the new Real Housewives of Beverly Hillscast member wearing a romper for her big day.
You know, I appreciate someone who follows the rules. In the case of Bravo’s Housewives franchise, it’s nice to see Denise Richards taking the title to heart. The latest addition to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills tied the knot on Saturday to fiancé Aaron Phypers in a small ceremony in Malibu. Denise has been filming with Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, and crew (and vacationing with the ladies in the Bahamas), and if a wedding isn’t enough of a story line, I don’t know what is…although there is no word yet as to whether the nuptials were filmed for the upcoming season.
The movie star, and former Mrs. Charlie Sheen, is just one of the already famous faces to populate the RHOBH cast. I guess in Beverly Hills, a reality show is a great retirement plan after a career in show business. Sure, Bravo housewives always end up being famous, but very rarely are they a household name before the show—with the exception of the Rodeo Drive ladies and Real Housewives of Atlanta’sKandi Burruss (and that one time with Kim Fields…).
Kim shared that she’s happy to not be filming right now because life is great. “It’s just so amazing for me. I like not having the negativity, being at peace, waking up in the morning and going to watch my grandson or having him for a week. I’m super grateful for that.”
Hopefully, the ladies step it up next season and restore the show to its former glory. It’s unclear what exactly is happening for Season 9, but one major plot point is clear: the ladies take a cast trip to the Bahamas.
