Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 has kicked off! However, Alexia Nepola has already been bringing plenty of drama. And that drama has been with her now ex-husband, Todd Nepola.
It was a complete surprise when Todd filed for divorce from Alexia last year. The two seemed to be inseparable. Alas, it was not meant to be, and the divorce was finalized a couple of months ago.
But in a shocking turn of events, RHOM star Alexia confessed she was already up for round two with Todd.
Alexia Nepola would remarry Todd under one condition
Alexia just can’t quit Todd. Although they were only together for three years, Alexia doesn’t seem to be over her ex-husband just yet. Alexia was on the red carpet for the RHOM Season 7 premiere party when she spilled the tea to Page Six that she would be open to remarrying Todd.
The shocking revelation came about when she was asked if she would ever walk down the aisle again. Alexia said, “Only to Todd. I would only remarry Todd. Not anybody else.” Would that be fourth times a charm for her?
And if that were to happen, Alexia made it clear there would be one condition. She said, “I would definitely not do it on TV. I feel like that’s such a special moment between the bride and the groom.” She added that filming “takes away [from] everything.”
This seems to fall in line with her worry the show might have been their demise. After all, Alexia had mentioned she would consider leaving RHOM if that meant it would save her marriage to Todd. Still, their wedding was televised, so it’s not like Todd didn’t know what he was getting into.
Alexia said about their televised wedding, ”Looking back, I knew it was something he didn’t want and he didn’t feel comfortable with. I do regret it.”
However, she just might get her wish for a round two. The former couple were recently spotted having a PDA-filled beach date. And I’m sure their drink of choice was not a mojito.
