The Valley’s Zack Wickham Reveals He Got Botox in His Scrotum

Zack Wickham can be counted on to make a cheeky statement or a shady one-liner. And in the latest episode of The Valley, he got candid about getting Botox in the scrotum. The public relations and media consultant took co-star Danny Booko out for what could have been a relaxing spa day. However, the flashback clip went south when it turned out that Zack was going to get the neurotoxin injected into his private parts.

Later, Danny hilariously recalled the event to Jesse Lally and Luke Broderick, who were both perplexed as to why such a procedure would be desirable. The Bravolebrity explained the logic behind his decision.

The Valley star Zack Wickham got Scrotox for a wild reason

The Valley’s latest episode followed Zack to his medical center of choice for the procedure. It’s lauded for enhancing sexual pleasure. And there’s an aesthetic benefit as well.

“Apparently, it feels really good during sex and just looks aesthetically better,” Zack explained. “You know how balls go up and down? I just was like, ‘You know what? Let’s see what happens when they stay down.'”

Giselle Prado-Wright, MD exclusively told Page Six how the injection accomplishes just that. The Florida-based plastic surgeon explained, “Scrotox, or Botox injections to the scrotum, works by relaxing the cremaster muscle which is responsible for the natural ‘up and down’ movement of the testicles, known as the cremasteric reflex.”

The doctor continued, “When this muscle is overactive, it can cause the scrotum to contract tightly or retract, which some patients find uncomfortable or unappealing. By temporarily inactivating this reflex with Botox, the scrotum hangs lower, creating a smoother, more relaxed appearance.”

The doctor stressed the “secondary functional benefits,” including “a more even and youthful look” as per the Center for Advanced Urology. She added, “Some patients report that this not only improves the aesthetic look, but also enhances sensitivity and comfort during sexual activity. While it’s primarily a cosmetic treatment, there can be secondary functional benefits for the right patient.”

According to the science, there is no major recovery time. It’s an in-and-out procedure that takes no more than 30 minutes.
