She’s got the itch. After two runner-up placements on RuPaul’s Drag Race and a heartbreaking elimination on House of Villains, Kandy Muse is ready for another shot at reality TV. This time, she has a very specific show in mind.. She wants to join the cast of The Traitors!
Kandy Muse wants to join The Traitors US cast
Peacock recently announced the Traitors Season 4 lineup, which includes Drag Race winner Monet X Change. Prior to that, we watched Bob the Drag Queen fail miserably at playing as a Traitor, all while making excellent TV. With that in mind, Kandy told Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea that she wants to be next.
“I want to do one more reality [show],” Kandy teased. “I want to do Traitors.”
“I’m thinking maybe season five,” she continued, fully speaking her future into existence. “We’ll see, and then after Traitors, I want to pivot more into scripted comedy.”
We’re obsessed with this idea. There are a million and one reasons why Kandy would be iconic on Traitors. She’s got the confidence, she’s got the wit, and she’s definitely got the social strategy thanks to her time on House of Villains. That was like a practice run.
Remember how she dragged Safaree Samuels and stood ten toes down in an argument against Larsa Pippen? Kandy could handle the Traitors easily.
Although Kandy said she wanted to pivot into acting after she manifests herself in Season 5 of The Traitors, we’d prefer to live in a world where she appears on every reality show. Why not send her into the Celebrity Big Brother house? Put her on Dancing with the Stars and see if she wins the Mirrorball Trophy. We need more Kandy on reality TV, definitely not less.
