The Traitors stars Dorinda Medley and Sam Asghari recently met up and spilled the tea about their time on the show. The two also discussed a surprising strategy used by one of their castmates. This is interesting because it’s safe to assume half of the cast came in with no strategy. They all seemed to follow Boston Rob until they couldn’t anymore. However, Sam dished that his buddy, Lord Ivar Mountbatten, used ChatGPT for the assist. But did he and Dorinda think that was a good idea?
Sam says that Ivar using ChatGPT was “kind of genius”
Out of everyone on the show, Boston Rob has played the game the hardest so far. Unfortunately, his strategy of flying close to the sun eventually got him banished for being a Traitor. But some of the quieter folk have their strategies too. And Ivar’s seems to be working well for him.
Sam was on Dorinda’s podcast, SiriusXM’s Reality Checked, when he revealed Ivar’s strategy. But first he asked Dorinda if she would be happy to see Ivar at the reunion. She said, “I’ll be happy. You know, I’m very Sagittarian in that way. I don’t hold grudges. I just keep it moving.”
Dorinda added, “I mean and he’s so British, he’ll just be awkward and weird around me, so it’s fine.” But will she hold a grudge with Bob The Drag Queen who sent her packing way too soon?
Regardless of how Dorinda felt about Ivar, they were fans of his strategy. Sam said, “You know, he said something hilarious at the round table and I didn’t expect him to say it. He said, ‘I looked up how to win this game on ChatGPT’ … That is kind of genius. And if you look it up, it’ll give you some strategies. But maybe strategizing for this game is a mistake.”
Dorinda agreed. She noted if she came back to the show, she wouldn’t strategize so much. She said, “If I were to do it over, I wouldn’t study so much … I just think it’s a game of luck. I don’t really think you can prepare for it.”
