Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami has been heavy on the feuds and light on the friendship vibes. Several major feuds are firing off at the same time. Julia Lemigova doused Guerdy Abraira after a crazy argument. Plus, Julia’s friendship with Adriana de Moura shows some cracks. However, the craziest friendship falling out is between Lisa Hochstein and Larsa Pippen.
The drama between Larsa and Lisa kicked off during the RHOM Season 7 premiere. Larsa was still hurt about her breakup with Marcus Jordan. Of course, Larsa blamed Lisa because Lisa’s boyfriend, Jody Glidden, socialized with Marcus. According to Larsa, the couple needs to choose a side. And it better be hers.
However, when that didn’t happen, Jody was dragged further into the feud and some bizarre accusations had us questioning Jody’s off-camera behavior. So, is Jody Glidden or Larsa Pippen the villain of RHOM Season 7? Let’s dig into this situation to find some answers.
Larsa Pippen is the villain of RHOM Season 7
Larsa is doing a lot to paint Jody in a bad light. First, she bashed Lisa for not controlling her man and forcing Jody not to socialize with Marcus. Spoiler alert – Marcus and Jody have mutual friends. So, following the chaotic trip to Milan, Larsa told the RHOM cast, sans Lisa, all about Jody’s behavior in Italy.
She seemed to be hinting that Jody may have allegedly been under the influence and showed a photo of Jody. The ladies were laser-focused on his eyes. However, the cast decided that nothing was amiss with Jody’s eyeballs. Phew! I’m sure he is relieved.
So, Larsa recounted how Jody was screaming at her and Lisa off-camera. “We made progress,” Larsa stated. “But the last night of Milan, Jody gets so crazy. Yelling over us.” Larsa claimed Jody told Lisa not to be friends with Larsa anymore. Plus, Larsa felt that Jody being on all of Lisa’s business calls is sus, and that he is after Lisa’s cash. Meanwhile, Lisa addressed Larsa’s claims about Milan, calling Larsa “a liar” and “a manipulator.”
What makes this a villainous move is that Lisa was at her father’s funeral in Canada during this conversation with the cast. Even Alexia Nepola thought that Larsa bringing the topic up while Lisa was grieving, and not present, was a low blow. In Larsa’s mind, both Jody and Lisa are public enemy number one because they are disloyal.
Jody Glidden is complicated, but not a RHOM villain

Jody has supported Lisa through her messy divorce from her ex-husband, Dr. Lenny Hochstein. He has been her emotional rock, as well as her romantic partner. This Canadian businessman isn’t over-the-top or trying to steal the spotlight. He is content to let Lisa be the star and let her shine.
Most importantly, he listens to Lisa and treats her as a partner, not an accessory. While Jody sometimes doesn’t seem all that comfortable being filmed, he does it for Lisa. We have to applaud that.
When Jody slid out of his own birthday party to enjoy the “A/C,” fans wondered if that was code for something else. According to Jody and Lisa, it was not a reference to cocaine. It was just Jody trying to beat the heat and enjoy some time away from the cameras.
“Production already said the scene wasn’t meant to imply that and that it was added just to explain why I wasn’t in the room during the argument,” Jody previously stated. “Spoiler: I’m barely ever in any group scenes because this isn’t my thing. I’m there to support Lisa, not get pulled into chaos.” Well, there’s zero chance of that happening, Jody, but I love an optimist.
Still, Jody stood his ground with Larsa while she slammed him for not picking her, and he always backs Lisa. So, in my book, he isn’t a villain. He is just a dude trying to support his girlfriend while she films a reality show.
Marcus Jordan has clouded Larsa Pippen’s judgment on RHOM Season 7

Marcus and Larsa seemed very much in love, but behind the scenes, the picture wasn’t as rosy. Even Larsa’s kids advised her to end her relationship with Marcus. Larsa labeled their romance “toxic,” which is why she was shocked when Lisa and Jody didn’t drop Marcus like a hot potato.
Apparently, Marcus didn’t handle their split very well. He made some nasty comments about Larsa on social media. When a user asked where Larsa was, he responded, “Back where she belongs,” along with a street emoji.
In Larsa’s mind, Lisa was not there for her amid the breakup. And it seems like some of the anger towards Marcus is being channeled towards Lisa. I don’t know how else to explain engaging in an argument via text when Lisa was at her father’s wake.
“Larsa was fighting with me and sending text messages back and forth. I was like, ‘What are you doing?’ I’m like, ‘Please stop,’” Lisa said. Finally, she sent Larsa a photo of her father in his coffin to illustrate what she was dealing with. Yikes!
However, that allegedly still wasn’t enough to stop Larsa’s text barrage. Since this text exchange reportedly was about Marcus, it’s safe to say that Larsa’s recent split is clouding her judgment. While Larsa has never shied away from exhibiting villain vibes, she is proudly showcasing this tendency during Season 7. As for Jody? He is just collateral damage in the feud between Lisa and Larsa.
The Real Housewives of Miami is available to stream on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
