Dog the Bounty Hunter is currently married to a woman named Francie Frane. She is his sixth wife. According to a report from TMZ, Francie’s son, Gregory Zecca, accidentally shot his own son, 13-year-old Anthony Zecca.

The incident happened at their apartment in Naples, Florida. The cops arrived at the scene and didn’t make any arrests. They called the shooting an “isolated incident,” but there is an ongoing investigation.

At this time, it remains unclear how exactly the shooting unfolded, but the family has asked for prayers and privacy as they navigate the unexpected loss.

Dog and Frannie said, “We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible tragic accident and would ask for continued prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson, Anthony,”

Francie’s and Dog tied the knot back in 2021, two years after the passing of Dog’s wife, Beth Chapman. Francie also lost her spouse, and the two said they bonded over their shared grief. She and Gregory quickly began helping Dog with his bounty hunting business.

“I know she’s a hunter. Her and her two sons have hunted bow hunt, so they track, they look for things that the prey leaves behind,” Dog said in a 2020 interview on the Dr. Oz Show.

“She just fit right in. She started getting leads and writing them down, so there’s more than just tracking and hunting.”

Dog starred on A&E’s Dog the Bounty Hunter from 2004-2012. His reality TV career continued for two more years on CMT’s Dog and Beth: On the Hunt.
