Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell‘s legal issues continue. She is currently fighting with her ex-husband, Chuvalo Mark Ferrell, in Federal Court over an alleged $700,000 debt.
According to documents, Kelli objects to the repayment plan her ex proposed, saying it’s in “bad faith.” She says Chuvalo mistakenly entered the wrong address on his paperwork. The address he used is that of a UPS store.
Further, Kelli claims her ex “intentionally attempted to deceive the creditors,” including her. “[Chuvalo] does not reside at a UPS mailing address,” she alleges. “Instead, [he] is living free of charge at the residence of his friend.”

As Us Weekly reports, Kelli also claims Chuvalo is behind on his child support. She says he hasn’t made any support payments since January.
She also believes her ex understated his gross monthly income as $8,616. At their divorce trial, he listed his income as $19,847 per month. “Clearly, [Chuvalo] is attempting to hide [his income] so he would not have to repay … his debts,” her lawyer argued.
Yet Chuvalo’s attorney claims he “has complied fully with all court requirements under federal bankruptcy law.” In addition, the rep claims that $74,000 was wrongfully withheld from the sale of their home. Those funds could have been applied to outstanding child support per his rep.
“It is deeply troubling that, instead of seeking resolution … [Kelli] continues to publicly attack [Chuavlo],” the rep added. They also believe Kelli “routinely [omits] key facts, seemingly to support a public narrative rather than pursue genuine resolution.”
“There is no storyline here, only facts,” Kelli’s rep responded. “The divorce is final. Had Chuvalo fulfilled his legal obligations, this matter would have been resolved long ago … Kelli is focused on raising her daughters and building a peaceful future.”
