Real Housewives of Orange County friend Gretchen Rossi might be the Queen of Oversharing. While it might make a (kind of) amusing story, some things are just best kept private.
During a birthday celebration for Heather Dubrow, Gretchen and Emily Simpson were bonding over seeing the same hormone replacement therapist. When their respective partners Slade Smiley and Shane Simpson joined them, Gretchen brought the men up to date. “We’re talking about our testosterone and our sex drive on the testosterone,” Gretchen said.
Then Gretchen added an unexpected consequence of her increased sex drive and the injury she accidently caused her fiancé.

“I broke [Slade’s] penis for real,” Gretchen laughed, which her partner confirmed. To further illustrate, she used a bent index finger to demonstrate what his penis had looked like after she “came down a little too hard” on it during sex. TMI, perhaps? Ew.
“When it breaks, it causes scar tissue on one side of the shaft,” she explained in a confessional. “Now, when he gets hard, it bends, because [that area] isn’t getting hard.”
Still using the bent finger as an illustration, she added, “He’s like Captain Hook.”
Following their Season 8 engagement, Slade and Gretchen went on to have a daughter, Skylar Gray, 6, though they’ve never married. The actress/model compared herself and her “life partner” to Hollywood couple Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, who also famously never married, despite being together for many years.
“We are more in love than we were 16 years ago,” Gretchen said.
Gretchen feels vindicated after so many of her RHOC castmates – including Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson and Alexis Bellino – disparaged her relationship as a TV stunt. Even Andy Cohen expressed doubt at the authenticity of their engagement.
“The irony of so many of these women claiming it was a fake relationship is [that] most of those women have gotten divorced since then,” she emphasized. “Karma’s a bitch, ain’t it?”
Tamra’s never had any love for Gretchen. Teasers for RHOC Season 19 indicate that the feud between the two women rolls on unabated. Get your popcorn ready.
