Welcome back! This week on Below Deck Season 12 Episode 10, we finally learn the fate of Kelly, our disorderedly charter guest from last week. Once Kelly gets sorted, two members of the deck team start making waves, as one has handsy hands, and the other has a bad case of f*ck around and find out following her romantic pursuits with more than one yachtie. Here is everything that happened in Below Deck Season 12 Episode 10, “Some Like It Stillie.”
What happened in Below Deck Season 12 Episode 10?

After one storyline-making charter guest departs, another rises for her crown. This guest is now growing close to Kyle, and their interactions will soon prove problematic for this season. Similarly, Jess grew extremely close to Solène during their stay at the villa, while also kissing Bárbara. Now, she must face the consequences for her actions.
Charter guest Kelly exits the yacht

Returning to the scene of her crimes, Kelly willingly exits the yacht. Helen, the Primary, must escort her, ensuring that Kelly gets settled into a hotel. Quickly, Helen boards the tender in her bikini.
Kelly blames Captain Kerry, shouting, “You’re a p*ssy, p*ssy,” as Hugo drives her away. Walking down the dock with her suitcase, Kelly, also still wearing her bikini, looks into the camera, yelling, “F*ck you, Captain,” followed by another “p*ssy” as her taxi drives her away.
Back on board, another guest apologizes for Kelly. “It’s all in a day’s work, mate,” Captain Kerry answers. In the meantime, Fraser worries about their tip.
Making a joke laced with truth, Kyle jests about his similar tantrums, specifically the ones involving “my girl” Solène, whom his mate and lead deckhand have also kissed. Jess laughs and hugs him. Damo, however, feels bad. “Let’s just get back to work,” says Captain Kerry.
Jess deals with the consequences of her flirtatious actions

The crew prepares for a cowboy-themed dinner. In the crew mess, Jess tells Bárbara that her non-uniform clothing does not need to get washed. Bárbara ignores her. In her confessional, Bárbara explains that she liked Jess, but Jess played with her heart, so now, she thinks less of her.
“Bárbara hates me,” Jess tells Solène. “You like Bárbara. Now I know. You can go back to sleep in your bed,” Solène quips.
In her confessional, Solène cries. She feels like she has failed.
Anthony prepares dinner, noting that culinary school saved his life. Likewise, all of the boatmance fights are saving Rainbeau from further drama. “We’re all on the outside now,” she jokes.
In the cabins, Bárbara and Solène talk things out. They like the same girl. And that feeling sucks. Thankfully, they make amends and end things on a solid note.
Sorry, Rainbeau.
Rainbeau sends Solène to bed. “That’s nice,” Solène answers before clarifying that going to bed is nice, not Rainbeau. “B*tch,” Rainbeau mutters.
Kyle gets handsy with Helen on a nude beach

The next morning, Helen returns to the yacht, still wearing her bikini. Fraser wants her first dinner that night to be special. “Just make sure they’re full,” he tells Anthony.
In his cabin, Kyle phones a friend. Solène “knocked the wind out of” his sails, he explains. Solène is playing the field, and that hurts. But give him a few days, and he will be okay, he jokes.
Luckily, the guests have a nude beach day planned to help cure all foul moods. Once their tender arrives, Kyle lifts Helen out of the boat. She takes her top off and hands it to Fraser. But now, she needs a raft to float on, she announces, swimming to Kyle and jumping into his arms.
“Stillie’s getting cozy,” a smiling Rainbeau observes. “Stillie’s either in there making our tip, or losing our tip,” Damo suggests. “Anything for the tip. She can use me all she wants. No request too large,” Kyle jests in his confessional.
Solène phones her brother and shares that she has a crush on a woman. In her talking head, Solène ponders how Jess could have led her on while also pursuing Bárbara. Cue a member of production, calling out her hypocrisy for doing the same thing to Kyle. But for Solène, “It’s not the same.”
Back at the beach, Helen thanks her raft, otherwise known as Kyle, with a kiss on the cheek. Richard, her husband, watches. After lunch, Helen announces that she is “not getting in the water without Stillie.” Kyle enters the water once more to help keep Helen afloat.
Anthony thrives while Solène and Jess decline

Bárbara radios for Solène. Solène does not like her tone, so they argue.
Later, Jess approaches Bárbara to see if she is okay. She heard Bárbara on the radio, she admits. But Bárbara ignores her. Jess feels bummed. Overall, she misses Bárbara as her friend, she realizes.
“These are the consequences of my actions. And they suck,” Jess says.
Anthony prepares an 8-course dinner for a lingerie-themed dinner service. Captain Kerry is joining this dinner, but Anthony is unfazed. This man has come a long way. Therefore, I hope to see him again on Below Deck.
In the crew mess, Jess comes behind Solène, hugging her while kissing her on the cheek. After, she asks Solène why she and Bárbara were acting sassy earlier on the radio. “It’s not about you,” Solène says. “You need to be careful,” Jess counters, stressing that Solène could get fired.
“Maybe I prefer that we don’t talk,” Solène replies, making Jess walk away. Her feelings are changing. She should have chosen Bárbara.
Below Deck continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
