In a desperate attempt to kill the facial parasite which has plagued her, Brandi Glanville severely injured her face. On August 3, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum posted photos to her TikTok showing the angry burns.
“I know I look attractive,” she joked in the clip. “Good news: you guys don’t have to spend a lot of money on peels and lasers anymore.”

Therefore, in a last-ditch effort to kill the facial parasite disfiguring her, Brandi decided to give hair-removal product Nair a try. She reasoned that the exfoliation process “pisses off” her parasite, nicknamed Caroline.
“Nair is the fountain of youth,” she explained. “But I overdid it.”
Consequently, the former model cautioned her TikTok followers not to leave Nair on their faces for seven minutes, resulting in serious burns. Rather, they should “do a test patch” first prior to using Nair as a chemical peel.
“Beauty hacks … I did 7 minutes and I’m on fire,” she reported. “It also burned the loose skin off my arms and it’s [only] 7 dollars.”
Before trying the treatment, Brandi advised her followers to prepare an antidote ahead of time. “Mix up some aloe vera, cucumber and black tea,” she explained. “Put it in the freezer … in [a] spray bottle. Once it’s cold enough, spray all day, cause I’m in some pain.”
In December 2024, the reality TV alum initially revealed that she was suffering from a nasty facial parasite. Subsequently, she was hospitalized in April to treat symptoms the organism was seemingly causing her.
“My head and neck would not move for four hours this morning,” she revealed on X at the time. “I could not get out of my bed. I called 911 had a lovely trip in the ambulance now I am at this amazing place after sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room for four hours.”
Eventually, she reached out to Orange Country plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow. He believed her deformity was caused by a “microorganism” rather than a parasite.
Whatever is causing her mysterious illness, it has drained her already limited resources. “I’m out over six figures,” she told Us Weekly in April. “I don’t have the means to go anywhere at this point. I’m online every day, going down a different rabbit hole. It’s exhausting. It’s all-consuming.”
Meanwhile, Brandi has resorted to OnlyFans to help her pay for her medical and living expenses.
