Brandi Glanville, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star with a long history of on-camera feuds and off-camera fallout, is gaining attention again for saying something outlandish, if not dysfunctionally hilarious.
Lately, Brandi has been dealing with a disturbing facial condition and serious legal drama tied to allegations from The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Morocco co-star/Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, Caroline Manzo.
Now, Brandi has taken things to a new level by naming her facial parasite after her sworn enemy.
Brandi Glanville has named her facial parasite “Caroline”
In a TikTok video posted Sunday, Brandi revealed that she tried to kill a parasite on her face by applying Nair, a chemical hair-removal cream. She also casually mentioned that she has named the parasite “Caroline,” a clear jab at Manzo.
Brandi said she used the hair removal cream as an exfoliant because it “pisses Caroline off” or “whoever’s living in [her] face.” She called Nair a cheaper alternative to peels and lasers. “Nair is the fountain of youth. I figured it out. But I over did it,” she said.
She left the cream on for seven minutes, which caused shocking burns and peeling skin. Fans quickly flooded the comments, begging her to stop using drugstore products on her face and to see a doctor. Others were amused by the name she chose for her unwelcome passenger.
Only a few days before this mess, she gave an update making it seem like her health issues were moving in a positive direction.
Brandi has claimed that multiple doctors have struggled to diagnose her skin condition, but she did reach out to Botched star Dr. Terry Dubrow for help. According to her, Terry tried to help, but even he was unsure of what was happening to her face.
Brandi and Caroline both left filming for RHUGT in 2023 after Manzo accused her of sexual assault. Since then, the legal battle has continued. Manzo filed a lawsuit against Bravo in 2024, later adding claims of disability discrimination. Bravo tried to have the case dismissed, but it is still active.
Brandi has denied all of the allegations. On Tori Spelling’s Misspelling podcast, she said the fallout destroyed her mental health and career. “It’s ruined my life. I was in a fetal position on my couch, contemplating suicide,” she said.
She also joined OnlyFans to make up for lost income but had to stop when her facial issues worsened. Brandi said, “It’s just been a really tough time.”
So, if you were ever thinking about slathering Nair on your face to snuff out a parasite, let this be a cautionary tale.
The Morocco season of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip may never see the light of day due to the legal controversy. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills streams on Peacock and Hayu in the U.K. and Ireland.
