Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg is now planting roots in the East Coast. The real estate agent and reality TV personality is known for his love of selling and buying real estate in Beverly Hills. However, now Josh is looking to be bicoastal. He currently has a new home in escrow in the Hamptons with his friend, and all for the bargain price of $10 million.

While MDLLA may be on pause, Josh is keeping busy building his real estate empire. Not too long ago he listed a Beverly Hills mansion for $25 million. The home had “an oversized terrace, pool, and spa,” plus “a full-size tennis court,” of course.
On top of that, Josh bought a $14 million home for himself. And it’s located in the exclusive Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills. His midcentury modern 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house was “once reportedly owned by musician Charlie Puth.” Very on brand for Josh.
Now Josh is wanting to own property on the East Coast too. TMZ reported that Josh is in escrow on a $10 million home in the Hamptons with his childhood friend, Justin Gruenberg. And just like how Josh’s home is located in the fancy area of Trousdale, this new Hamptons house is located in the “ultra-exclusive” Georgica Estates area.
The 6,800-square-foot home comes with 6 bedrooms and 6 baths. Sounds like a perfect option for next season’s Summer House to me. It also has all high-end appliances, such as Sub-Zero and Wolf. A cool feature is how the indoor living space opens up to the outdoor living space through 38-foot accordion doors.
Josh, or more likely a personal chef, can also rev up the grill with the home’s built-in BBQ by the outdoor fireplace. While the BBQ is sizzling, Josh and his friend can chill by the heated pool, on the sundeck, or in the spa. There’s also a pool house with an attached garage. Not too shabby!
