Jax Taylor of The Valley has caught flak for a lot of things recently. The latest being the height-enhancing shoes he wore to the reunion. For Tamra Judge of Real Housewives of Orange County, Jax’s shoes were all she could see. She barely heard a word he said.
Though not hearing him talk might have been to her benefit. Fans were already angry with Jax’s bad behavior and it looks like the reunion just made him look even worse. He categorically denied wrongdoing despite video footage and he even made a threatening comment to his ex Brittany Cartwright.

Maybe it’s a good thing Tamra was focused on his shoes instead of what he was saying. She may have gotten even more frustrated.
Tamra talked about The Valley reunion on her podcast Two T’s in a Pod. Co-host Teddi Mellencamp said she didn’t like that the reunion focused so much on Jax and his bad behavior and on his and Brittany’s divorce.
“We spent 30 minutes talking about Jax and Brittay’s divorce, and when it came to Michelle and Jesse, it was 30 seconds,” Tamra said.
Teddi added that Jax’s admission to being on cocaine during Vanderpump Rules was not a revelation at all. “It’s like saying I admit I drink water,” Teddi said.
“Here’s the problem I had, Teddi,” Tamra said. “The entire time he was talking, I was staring at his damn shoes.” She pulled out a shoe to compare it too and added, “I’m four inches taller with these shoes,” she explained.
Fans joined Tamra in poking fun at Jax’s shoes. One fan said, “Focus on being a better person, not a taller one!”
“Can we talk about who didn’t want to hear one thing that Jax had to say?” Teddi asked.
“Zack (Wickham)!” Tamra answered as they both started laughing. They aren’t wrong though. Zack tried to stand up for Brittany during the reunion and Jax went off on him (in his height-enhancing shoes!).
The Valley is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
