Real Housewives of Miami star Adriana de Moura is sticking up for her friend Guerdy Abraira. Guerdy has had a rough Season 7. The group did not come to her defense when Julia Lemigova tossed water on her. And when Guerdy retaliated by projecting Julia’s text messages up on the big screen, everyone took Julia’s side. That is, except for Adriana. She made sure to stand by her friend’s side when no one else would, and now she and Guerdy are closer than ever before.

Julia disinviting Guerdy from a cruise ship dinner ended up sinking their friendship. Then things escalated when Julia tossed water on Guerdy. They made up briefly until Julia broke Guerdy’s trust, so Guerdy posted Julia’s text messages for all the world to see. When the group left Guerdy in the dust, Adriana stood by her side.
Adriana was on Watch What Happens Live when an audience member asked her about her unexpected alliance with Guerdy after her falling out with Julia. However, according to Adriana, the two have actually been friends for quite some time.
She explained, “I mean, Guerdy and I had a relationship as well. This group has been together for almost four years now. Guerdy and I did a lot of things together, even off camera.”
Then Adriana gave out some life coaching advice. Maybe Alexia Nepola will hire her next? She said, “I believe that when you hurt somebody, you hurt yourself as well. There’s no way you can hurt someone and not deep down also damage yourself.”
She continued, “So I think this exact situation where everybody got hurt. And I know Guerdy got really hurt, and I felt for her, and that’s why I got close to her. I mean closer to her, because I don’t like when I feel somebody’s iced out, or separated, or ganged up on. That’s not my thing. I’ve been there; it doesn’t feel good. So, I try to stand for the underdog and feel somewhat that justice needs to be served.”
