JT Thomas‘ run on Southern Charm might have been short, but it was definitely impactful in one way or another. We’ll always remember him as the guy who loved beefing with Austen Kroll or who royally insulted Patricia Altschul by giving her a cane. He was messy, but memorable.
JT is moving on from Southern Charm, but he’ll never resist stirring up a little controversy. Now that he doesn’t have a cast to loop into his antics, he’s garnering new ways of getting attention on social media. And this time, he seems to be taking some hints from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Lisa Rinna.

In a series of screenshots reposted by Gibson Johns on X, JT apparently got a little loose after a few glasses of wine. No judgment here, but then he went on to overshare a bit with the world.
It started innocently, with him posting a mirror selfie from bed, shirtless. In a front-facing selfie, he wrote the caption, “The Bravery one feels alone ~half a bottle of wine deep in a hotel far away from home.. I know you all get it. #shameisaflaw.” This is exactly when things took a turn.
JT then decided to get out of bed, pose totally nude in front of the mirror and snap a picture. He strategically angled himself so that his goods were covered, but his butt was on full display.
“Last one night, sorry mom & fam,” the caption read. Spoiler alert: it was not in fact the last one. JT signed off with one more selfie, this time, a modest one.
“G’Night from my hotel room in DC,” he concluded. What a wild ride. What we would give to read the Southern Charm group chat’s reaction to this little stunt.
