A new day has dawned, bringing yet another update to the seemingly never-ending divorce battle between Denise Richards and her government-fearing estranged husband, Aaron Phypers. Currently, Denise is living in a townhouse. Meanwhile, Aaron and his fully grown family members are shacking up in their formerly shared mansion. Denise is not a fan of this, among other aspects, so the courts have entered the chat. Now, in a new filing, Denise has submitted images of their leased home, which is now in a state of disarray, making her fearful for her possessions that remain inside.

On Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, viewers learned that Aaron’s family received permission to stay in their house temporarily. However, they wound up staying in this mansion for over three years. When Denise arrived at this home a bit ago, Aaron called the police, and a whole mess ensued. But while present, Denise took a look around, and what she saw devastated her greatly.
According to court documents obtained by US Weekly, Denise was “shocked” to discover the “condition of the home.” She has not lived there for roughly two years, but she knows that she did not leave it in the manner in which she recently saw it. Meanwhile, Denise also learned from the landlord that Aaron and his parents have “apparently not paid the rent.” Now, Denise is hoping for relief from a judge.
In her filing, Denise stated that “Aaron and his parents and brother have severely damaged the [home] and left the house in a state of disarray.” Her photos revealed trash and personal items littered all over the floors of several rooms. She also submitted images showing torn-up floorboards in at least one area. A source close to the situation, however, claims otherwise, noting that Aaron was in the process of replacing the flooring.
Nevertheless, their landlord is over this storyline. Therefore, Denise is asking the courts to grant her several hours of access to this home. “If I am not able to retrieve my dogs and belongings, I believe … my property [will be] destroyed or discarded during the eviction process,” she stressed.
Denise Richards & Her Wild Things is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
