After 26 years of marriage with Terry Dubrow, Heather Dubrow has learned a thing or two about balancing marital tasks.
Certainly, marriage is more than just about who’s making dinner tonight. In every marriage, there are tasks to be managed, from household chores to money and children. Without a doubt, the best partnerships balance responsibilities so that one partner is not overwhelmed with everything.

Recently, Heather spoke to BravoTV.com about how they handle issues in their marriage relating to money and their kids. Terry and Heather share four children: twins Max and Nick, Kat and Ace.
“So Terry and I are really good at balancing the family and businesses and finances and investments,” The Real Housewives of Orange County star shared. “When it comes to the children, that’s my realm. He has no say.”
“It’s so crazy to me that Max is in college,” she added. “Nicky’s in college. Katerina’s off to college. And Ace is entering high school … Crazy enough, this summer, he’s studying at Oxford, so I guess he’s in college too.”
That is crazy! When Heather first started filming RHOC, I remember her driving around Orange County with a screaming baby Ace in the backseat of her car. Time does speed by.
Like their overachieving parents, the Dubrow kids are a busy bunch. Currently, the three oldest are in different colleges. While Max is majoring in psychology at Tufts University, her brother Nick is studying business at Loyola Marymount University. Meanwhile, Katarina (Kat) is a freshman at Yale University.
In June, Terry gushed about Heather being the “most fabulous mother and wife.” At the same time, he noted that kids should have “a supportive and loving environment.”
“Act like there are cameras around and that you’re going to be held accountable for the way you act,” he told E! News at the time. “That immediately removes all of your preconceived douchiness you might have.”
