The rumors were true! Hilaria Baldwin is part of the Dancing with the Stars Season 34 cast. She’s ready to dance her way to the Mirrorball Trophy, and she’s feeling confident that this is the right time for her to do it. But how does Alec Baldwin feel about all of this?
How does Alec Baldwin feel about Hilaria joining DWTS Season 34?
Hilaria already forced Alec into doing a TLC reality show. Now, she’s about to have him sit in the audience of DWTS every week? As unlikely as it seems, Hilaria told Us Weekly that she has his full support ahead of Season 34.
“He’s been wanting me to do the show for a very long time,” Hilaria, 41, exclusively told Us Weekly on Wednesday, September 3, of her husband’s reaction to her joining the series. “I was, like, I feel like I’m old and I’ve had a lot of kids. I’ve broken many bones. And I was like, ‘I can’t do this.’”
According to Hilaria, Alec was so supportive of this endeavor that he even offered to move their family to Los Angeles while she trains for the show. That’s no easy feat, considering they have seven kids and at least six pets. However, Hilaria said that she and Alec were excited for the “adventure.”
“I don’t know what I’m doing, but I’m loving it, and it’s, like, we need it. It was time for an adventure,” Hilaria said of their Los Angeles move. “It was time to be spontaneous and just do something that was kind of crazy, but also, like, just what an amazing environment to come into to do something crazy. Because everybody’s so nice here, and it’s just all about dancing and having fun.”
Hilaira will spend DWTS Season 34 dancing with Gleb Savchenko. She told the outlet that she’s ready to work with him and “be a good student” and put in the work to get the trophy. Meanwhile, Alec and their army of kids will be cheering her on from the sidelines.
