Welcome back! This week on Below Deck Season 12 Episode 15, Solène finally steps up her game. Last week, Fraser created a rule for her benefit, but it backfired spectacularly. Now, their final (and flirty) charter guests have arrived, much to the delight of everyone on board, minus Chef Anthony. Here is everything that happened in Below Deck Season 12 Episode 15, “All the Single Ladies.”

What happened in Below Deck Season 12 Episode 15?

Anthony must create an eight-course meal that satisfies several dietary restrictions. Across the yacht, Barbara and Jess have to decide where their romance goes from here. However, a bigger problem arises when Hugo stands accused of shirking his responsibilities. And then again, when the clock starts winding down on Anthony in the galley.

Relationships solidify and shift

The department heads hold their final preference sheet meetings. Their guests are all female, with varying dietary requests and needs. Anthony sighs.

They want a pink Malibu-themed dinner service. They also want a beach exursion, followed by an 8-course meal using fire and ice themes. Anthony heads to the galley while Fraser orders fireworks.

The crew heads out for dinner. Bárbara and Jess head to the bathroom, the new hookup spot for this series, apparently. When they return to the table, they play a game of Marry F*ck, Kill. Jess, fresh off her makeout session with Bárbara, reveals that she would marry Solène, “just for the plot.”

Then, Jess pulls Solène aside for a curbside chat. Jess apologizes for calling Solène out several hours earlier. Solène smiles, but in her confessional, she admits that she is still not okay. Back on board, Bárbara and Jess head to a guest cabin.

Jess wants to travel the world, she says. Bárbara supports Jess, but she also wants to continue seeing her post charter, she confesses. Thankfully, Jess likes this idea. Upstairs, Rainbeau flirts with Damo, but in his talking head, Damo admits that Solène is the one for him.

The next morning, Fraser and Hugo give pep talks to their teams. After, Solène hugs Damo. As she admits in her interview, she still has a thing for Kyle. But now, she also has “a baby, baby crush on Damo.”

Captain Kerry heads upstairs to chat with the deck team. He asks Hugo to anchor the ship at a later date. Hugo happily accepts.

The crew changes into their whites. Once dressed, Solène returns to the laundry room. Damo gives her a quick kiss before turning to Bárbara, asking her what her plans are with Jess after this season wraps. “It is what it is,” Bárbara cheekily answers.

The last charter group boards. Damo jokes that they look like trouble. Likewise, Hugo jests that Kyle had better not get fired. Right on cue, Kyle admits that “temptation is everywhere” in this female-only group.

The charter gets underway. Anthony heads to the bar to speak with his guests. He wants to make sure that he understands their dietary requests. As one notes, she is not allergic to gluten, just sensitive to it, so Anthony does not need to go too overboard with her preferences.

Kyle pulls Solène into a corner to make out. Hugo jokingly takes their picture. In the galley, Anthony starts preparing several simple options for his guests.

Speaking of these guests, they love hearing that everyone on this boat is single. And Damo is happy to supply these cougars with all of his flirtatious banters, he quips.

Jess phones her friend. This friend supports Jess in trying for a long-distance relationship with Bárbara. Similarly, Fraser wants to help Anthony in the galley. But Anthony might be overcomplicating the pink-themed dinner, Fraser suggests.

Solène is impressing Rainbeau with her work ethic, Rainbeau admits. Outside, the guests are enjoying the shirtless males on the deck team. As they prepare for dinner, Hugo, Damo, and Kyle review their headshots, joking about which lady they would willingly lose their jobs for.

The pink dinner arrives. Damo flirts with Solène. When he leaves, Kyle enters, kissing Solène. “Trouble is in my blood. It’s not my fault,” Solène jokes.

The guests love their pink Malibu-themed dinner. After, they request and receive a “sexy” fashion show. But, before it starts, Captain Kerry radios Hugo, assigning him to the watch position. However, Hugo does not head to the wheelhouse, since he is entertaining their guests.

Two(ish) hours later, Captain Kerry exits his cabin in his pajamas. He realizes that Hugo never reported to duty. In the morning, he calls Hugo to the bridge. Hugo admits that he forgot and promises that this will never happen again.

Charter guest Jen likes Kyle. Another guest likes Damo. And Captain Kerry likes the idea of a shirtless male crew at the beach, he jests.

The guests arrive at Happy Bay beach. They love their lunch, and the random sweet dog that wanders over. Back on board, they further discuss which crew members they are crushing on.

In the galley, Anthony starts spiraling over his 8-course dinner. Rainbeau texts Fraser to give him a heads-up.

Hugo owns his mistake and works hard, so Captain Kerry allows him to anchor the yacht, as previously promised. Hugo nails it, Captain Kerry notes.

Dinner is in an hour and a half. But Anthony overhears his colleagues goofing off and starts crashing out. As the minutes pass, his stressors rise. “I don’t want to do a g*dd*amn thing,” he decides, right before his guests head upstairs to take their seats.

Below Deck continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
