Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti scored a big win in her family life. The mother of five has now been awarded sole physical custody of her three minor children. Fans of the show know that she has been going through a bitter divorce with William Pedranti the last few seasons. Last year, the former couple came to a settlement on how they were going to share their children. However, now that custody arrangement has changed.
Jennifer Pedranti was awarded sole physical custody of all three kids

Even though Jennifer just went through a rough divorce battle, she is still planning her wedding to Ryan Boyajian. And it’s important to her for the whole family to be there to celebrate. She told her son Dawson, “We are talking about moving the wedding sooner because you’re leaving to go boot camp.”
And now Jennifer has even more reasons to celebrate with her family. US Weekly reported that she has been awarded sole physical custody of her three minor children. Jennifer’s other two children are 18 and 21, so they are not included in this arrangement. It’s also noted that William will have to give Jennifer one hour’s notice before any proposed visits with them.
In 2024, Jennifer and William had originally agreed to share joint custody of the children. The settlement also included William having to pay $4,674 monthly in child support and $1,735 in monthly spousal support. However, once Jennifer gets married to Ryan, she will no longer receive spousal support.
Back in Season 18, Jennifer had fast-forwarded her relationship with Ryan and moved in with him because she was evicted from her home for not paying rent. This also put a wedge between her and castmate Gina Kirchenheiter, as Gina was the one who had recommended Jennifer for the home.
But things all worked out in the end. Jennifer and Ryan will soon be married, and she now has full custody of the children. It’s still unclear, though, as to why this change in custody took place.
Real Housewives of Orange County airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
