The cameras are reportedly up and filming for Real Housewives of Atlanta. Yet, one of its stars, Kelli Ferrell, is engaged in a heated legal battle, complete with headlines for days, with someone NOT on this cast. Instead, this new war involves her neighbor. According to this bordering property owner, Kelli “aggressively entered” her property. As a result, a protective order against Kelli quickly entered the chat.
Kelli Ferrell allegedly went through the neighbor’s gate “in a violent manner”
As US Weekly reported, on September 2, an HOA board member named Monualda Cash filed a petition for a temporary protective order against her neighbor, Kelli. “Kelli Potter-Ferrell aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner.” Additionally, this RHOA star was “accompanied by others,” Monualda said.
As for why Kelli was all up in her space, Monualda said, “This incident occurred after her vehicle was booted for again violating [guidelines] by parking in a narrow driveway, which is also a designated fire lane.” In her petition, Monualda further claimed that Kelli needed someone to restrain and remove her from the property. During this scuffle, Kelli also reportedly “engaged in bizarre behavior while making a series of [erratic] verbal threats. Some of which were clear and others that were unintelligible.”
Monualda also claimed there was video footage of this event. Feeling worried for her safety, Monualda asked the court to order Kelli to stop harassing and intimidating her. She also wants Kelli to stay away from her and her family, while also asking the courts to send Kelli to the appropriate psychiatric and psychological services.
The judge has just granted a temporary protective order in her favor. However, this order states that Kelli only needs to stay 30 yards away from her neighbor. Their hearing is in two weeks.
Meanwhile, a rep for Kelli is now slamming this neighbor. “Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior directed at Kelli and her family.” Therefore, this rep cautions “against the spread of misinformation.”
