Solène Favreau was the weakest link on Below Deck Season 12. But if you ask Captain Kerry Titheradge his thoughts, this green stew “definitely improved” as the season progressed. However, some of her antics admittedly caught him off guard as this season aired. Here’s everything he recently had to say about his polarizing former stew.
Captain Kerry seemed shocked by Below Deck footage of Solène Favreau
Following the finale episode of Below Deck Season 12, Captain Kerry appeared on Watch What Happens Live. Since Solène was at the root of almost all the drama this season, host Andy Cohen had many quips and questions involving her chaotic first (and likely last) season.
“What a wild ride she was all season,” Andy laughed. Then, he recalled how Solène “ended this season with a real bang. She’s drinking, she does a shot with a guest,” he noted. Additionally, she got into a verbal fight with Rainbeau de Roos, “And then, she caps it all off by leaving lube and condoms in the guest’s [cabin],” he said.
“What was your reaction to that?” Andy asked Captain Kerry. “Well, I only just saw the episode as well. So, I wasn’t like, doing cabin inspections that morning,” Captain Kerry explained. “Right,” Andy noted.
Then, Andy asked if Solène improved as the season progressed. “She definitely improved,” Captain Kerry answered. When asked, “At what?” by his fellow WWHL guest, Captain Kerry laughed, joking, “She proved that she didn’t improve.”
Now, Solène did have a few moments where she actually worked hard. But overall, yachting is not a solid career choice for Solène. Due to her antics on Below Deck Season 12, we will likely never see Solène on this series again.
