Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is finally back for Season 6! The RHOSLC Season 6 premiere was filled with everything fans could ask for and expect.

Mary Cosby had some great quotes, Meredith Marks pronounced words as only she can, Britani Bateman made an announcement, Bronwyn Newport wore extravagant outfits, and there were plenty of feuds and accusations to spare. It was another great season premiere from this cast.

There’s a reason Reality Tea named RHOSLC the best Real Housewives show! But what were the standout moments from the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6 premiere? Read on below to see our picks.

In the RHOSLC Season 6 premiere, the ladies (minus Lisa Barlow) went on a camping trip organized by Angie Katsanevas and Mary. Scratch that, mostly Angie. But they didn’t give the other girls any details, so Britani showed up wearing a bikini under her coat.

The trip began with a prank by Whitney Rose, who hired male strippers (apparently very difficult to find in Utah) to post as SWAT agents at Beauty Lab + Laser. Of course, this prank gave Heather Gay some PTSD of Jen Shah’s arrest. And that wasn’t the last mention of Jen Shah in the episode!

RHOSLC Season 6 premiere begins with a Blair Witch inspired opening

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season premieres always have dramatic opening sequences. This year, Mary Cosby narrated a sequence inspired by cult horror film The Blair Witch. At first, it showed the Real Housewives hugging and having fun. Even Heather and Bronwyn! Of course, the footage quickly switched to the ladies screaming at and blaming one another. That’s very typical for this show…

But the creative editing reminded us why RHOSLC always delivers something extra. Within the sequence, we also got flashes of the feuds we can expect to see play out over Season 6.

Britani and Whitney feud over Lisa

Lisa skipped out on the RHOSLC Season 6 premiere trip because she can’t stand being in the same room as Bronwyn. Also because she’s too busy, and has a business event with Ben Affleck and Blake Lively.

But some of her RHOSLC co-stars didn’t buy that Lisa was too busy with work. Especially Whitney. Britani got worked up in Lisa’s defense, and brought up the Whitney MLM rumors. Shout out to another Reality Tea cameo on RHOSLC! Whitney then snapped back and accused Britani of earning her money by “s*cking d*ck.” These ladies don’t hesitate to get right into it!

Just as I was wondering when Britani and Lisa apparently became so close, Heather asked the same thing in a confessional. But Britani insists they’re like sisters and bonded on last season’s Mexico trip. Maybe she just really appreciated Lisa’s hair product advice?

Angie compares Lisa to Jen Shah

Baby Gorgeous didn’t make the trip, but she was a major topic of conversation throughout the RHOSLC Season 6 premiere. Multiple Housewives pointed out that Lisa always talks about everyone else’s drama, but refuses to open up about her own. And that she holds the other Real Housewives to a different standard than herself. Even Heather admitted to have some reservations about Lisa in her confessional. She said that Lisa skipping the trip made it seem like she was too good for the group.

Things really went off the rails when Bronwyn brought up Lisa’s lawsuits. Heather claimed not to know anything, but the others pointed out the lawsuits were in the Salt Lake City paper. Then Angie compared Lisa to Jen Shah, but instantly regretted it.

Meredith and Heather were especially offended by this comparison. As they pointed out, a business lawsuit is very different than what Jen plead guilty to. However, Meredith and Heather both defended Jen Shah last year. Regardless, the ladies keep talking about Jen, so maybe she will rejoin the show when she gets out of prison.

Bronwyn asked if it was too far when Lisa called her worse than Jen in a rant on X, which everybody still calls Twitter. Heather claimed not to see that and avoided answering the question by bringing up that Bronwyn lied about the diamond necklace. To her credit, Bronwyn owned up to the lie.

Britani has an announcement about Jared

Of course, the RHOSLC premiere episode had to include one of Britani’s infamous announcements. This time, it she revealed her and Jared got engaged … for two weeks. Thought they called it off, Britani claimed they still see each other every day. She said he’s not seeing anyone else. But Whitney claimed she sees him on dates all the time, and he even introduces her to them. It sure seems like the premiere set up a Britani and Whitney Season 6 feud!

When fighting with Britani yet again, Whitney admits her business failed. She and Justin lost everything. As we know from previews, this will be Whitney’s major storyline of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 6.

The other ladies commend Whitney for being honest about her failure. When Britani tries to hug Whitney, RHOSLC’s Wild Rose winced so hard it made me laugh out loud. With her hug rejected, Britani also insisted Whitney apologize for her “s*cking d*ck” comment. You can always count on Britani to fail to read the room!

RHOSLC Season 6 premiere ends with a horror movie cliffhanger

The Blair Witch opening was apt, because the later half of the RHOSLC Season 6 premiere episode set up a found footage horror movie. Heather revealed the area has connection to a Mormon legend. There is a story about a fundamentalist who would kidnap and sacrifice girls who came there to make out with their boyfriends. You can always count on Heather to share some Mormon lore!

After the campfire dinner, Heather suggested they explore the area of this legend. Mary is against it, pointing out that the Black person always gets killed first in a horror movie. But the women all went anyway. It quickly goes awry, as the women hear loud noises, appear lost, and yell at Heather for bringing them out there. And the RHOSLC premiere ends on a cliffhanger.

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
