What happened in Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 Episode 16?

Larsa moved into her unfinished house, while Lisa’s boyfriend, Jody Glidden, explained what he wanted from her before proposing. And Adriana’s Art Basel event fell apart when she discovered who put the shady message on her birthday cake.
Kiki’s father visits her at a photo shoot
Larest, Kiki’s father, went to see her at work. This is the first time that her father has watched her model. “At a very young age, my dad kicked me out for modeling, because in the Haitian culture, modeling is equivalent to being a stripper – a prostitute,” Kiki explained in her confessional. She was in high school. Now, Kiki is happy that her father was proud of her and that he was starting to understand what her job really involves.
Meanwhile, Larsa prepped to spend the first night in her new house. The only completed room was the kitchen. Even Larsa’s bedroom was still under construction. When Stephanie arrived for her sleepover, she was shocked that the house wasn’t done. “This is definitely a job site,” Stephanie noted in her confessional. Then Alexia arrived, and she was also surprised at the state of Larsa’s new house. This is the first house that Larsa has owned on her own, and she is thrilled that it will have her “vibe.”
Meanwhile, Larsa’s 15-year-old daughter, Sophia, is finishing high school in Los Angeles. “My kids at this point are on autopilot. And I feel like my kids are so like well-disciplined, good kids, that it’s really made my life and my job much easier,” Larsa said in her confessional.
Then, Larsa asked about Alexia and Todd Nepola. In a couple of weeks, the three-month extension on the divorce papers expires. “We haven’t talked about it,” Alexia said. The duo is dating, but Larsa has concerns. “He’s going to bamboozle you,” she said.
Alexia admitted that she had “given him a lot of power.” She said in her confessional, “I love him. I want to be with him. So, I hope that we can fix things.”
Jody gives Lisa some conditions in RHOC

Jody planned a romantic dinner for Lisa at home. “I’m really happy that I got like a second chance at a family that I always dreamt of,” Lisa admitted in her confessional. While eating, Lisa hinted at “something special happening,” adding that she feels like she is too old to be called “a girlfriend.” Lisa wants an engagement ring … like yesterday.
However, Jody has some concerns. “I just need to not fear that if I get engaged and work towards marriage, that I’m not walking into chaos. Every time something would happen with Larsa or with Lenny [Hochstein], you would confront me and get upset at me…”
He would like to see Lisa seek help, whether from self-help books or a therapist. If she took those steps, Jody would cough up a ring. “I’m going to work on it. I’m sorry. I’ve never been this angry person,” Lisa replied tearfully. “This sh*t has made me different.”
Stephanie and Marysol come to an understanding

Art Basel is one of the largest international contemporary art fairs in the world. Adriana has worked in the art world for two decades, and for Art Basel, she has found a new artist from Britain. Adriana is hoping that the event is successful, because she sank a lot of cash into it.
Larsa arrived and enlisted Stephanie to help figure out who put Adriana’s age on her birthday cake. Of course, Julia was in charge of the cake, so she is suspect number one. Meanwhile, while Guerdy and Kiki were driving to the event, the topic of Adriana’s cake came up. Then Kiki admitted that she did it! KIKI! In a flashback, Kiki explained to Marysol and Alexia why she wanted to put the math equation on the cake.
“I’m feeling awful because I don’t want her to feel like I was age-shaming her,” Kiki said in her confessional. In conclusion, she plans to forgo a cake and give Adriana vibrators for her next birthday.
Once again, Marysol and Stephanie had a private conversation. Stephanie mentioned her estranged sisters and said that she felt a connection with Marysol. Then, Stephanie shared how Alexia told her that Marysol was upset about her having lunch with Adriana. Soon, Marysol called out Stephanie for mentioning money. “I don’t want to be rude right now, but it’s tacky, and I don’t like tacky,” Marysol said.
So, Stephanie told Marysol that it was “tacky” to send her regrets about skipping Marbella through Alexia via a text message. Stephanie added that Alexia was Marysol’s “mouthpiece.” Finally, Stephanie explained that her feelings were hurt, and Marysol apologized. They agreed to move forward, with Stephanie asking only that Marysol deal directly with her, and not through Alexia.
Adriana learns a secret at Art Basel

At Art Basel, Larsa brought up the cake AGAIN. Lisa whispered in Larsa’s ear that Kiki was the culprit, and Larsa blurted it out.
“Kiki did it?” Adriana asked. “That was f*cking shady.” Then Julia tried to defend Kiki, mentioning how Adriana made fun of Marysol’s age. However, Larsa and Lisa slammed her because Kiki also previously made comments about Adriana’s age.
“So, you’re defending Kiki based on what I said to Marysol?” Adriana told Julia. “That’s why when you ask me why I’m not close to you anymore, it’s because you’re now defending Marysol and Kiki.” Then Julia responded that it is “difficult to be around” Adriana because she’s “not fun anymore.” Yikes!
So, Adriana confronted Kiki and dragged her best friend, Carol, into the mix. Carol is Black, and Adriana wanted her to be part of the conversation. “So, Kiki, you’re calling me a racist because I used the word “ratchet” so Carol has some words for you.” As you may recall, Adriana called Kiki “wretched” during their argument at dinner, but it sounded like she said “ratchet.”
“Who called you a racist?” Kiki asked, obviously confused. “I never said you were a racist on or off camera.” Then Kiki walked away. She was so desperate to leave that she asked a stranger for a ride.
However, Larsa thought that Adriana was “doing too much” to show that she wasn’t racist. When Julia announced that Kiki was gone, Adriana was furious. “Why are you even like protecting her instead of me?” Adriana exclaimed. “You’re my best friend? And not worry about my feelings?” Welp, I guess this is how Julia and Adriana’s friendship crumbled. “This is exactly what everyone for years was warning me about, and I refused to listen,” Julia said in her confessional.
