Tamra Judge went under the knife to get a fresh look. And in the process, backtracked on her promise to never get another breast augmentation again. However, there were some aesthetic issues to deal with. So the Real Housewives of Orange County star got the surgery done on July 14, 2025.
It’s been five years since Tamra got her previous implants removed. She suspected that they were giving her health problems, including “autoimmune issues.” But nowadays, she is the proud owner of 150 ccs implants. And she is thrilled with the results.
Why Tamra Judge got another boob job
According to her comments on the September 17 episode of the Two T’s in a Pod podcast, Tamra needed her “100th breast surgery” to fix a “deformity.”
“I had what was called an ‘animation deformity.’ I did it because I couldn’t wear low-cut shirts because I had a line, a crease that went through both sides of my boobs. So it started to look like I had two boobs on each side, if that makes sense. Like a double bubble on each side,” the Vena CBD co-founder told Teddi Mellencamp.
Tamra continued, “My peck muscle detached from my chest and was up towards my shoulder. I’ll tell you, it didn’t hurt, but this is something that happens sometimes when you have the kind of breast implants I had: one partially under the muscle. When my implants were removed… the muscle, which is still attached to the skin on top, was creating a pool, or what you can call an animation deformity.”
Dr. Donny Mowlds, who performed her brow lift and infamous CO2 laser treatment 2024, operated on Tamra.
The situation “was starting to get worse” because the RHOC veteran does “a lot of chest exercises.” Dr. Donny had to “sew the muscle back” onto Tamra’s chest. He then added the implants for “a little bit of lift.”
The original plan was to put 250 cc implants in, but Tamra’s ribcage was “too narrow” to support them. It was the 150 ccs for the win. They are “just perky” enough to make the RHOC star “look beautiful.”
She gushed, “I can wear low-cut shirts. I don’t have this gaping hole before.”
