Lisa Rinna To Release New Memoir: ‘I Don’t Know if Everyone Is Ready…’

Lisa Rinna has never exactly blended into the background. During her eight seasons on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she stirred up drama, clashed with castmates, and delivered one-liners that are still repeated by fans.

Off camera, she stays just as busy. She turns heads with bold fashion, dances on social media in close proximity to an indifferent Harry Hamlin, and keeps people talking with her unfiltered personality.

Now she is ready to put it all in writing. Lisa is pulling together her stories, personal reflections, and career highlights in a new memoir that she says shows the “director’s cut” of her life.

Lisa Rinna is “ready to tell it” in her new book

In February, Lisa will release You Better Believe I’m Gonna Talk About It with publisher Dey Street. It will be her first book in more than ten years. It follows Rinnavation in 2009 and The Big, Fun, Sexy Sex Book in 2012.

The title comes from one of her most memorable RHOBH confessionals, a moment that showed what it really meant to OWN IT. “I don’t know if everyone is ready for all of the truth I am unloading in this book,” Lisa told PEOPLE. “But I was certainly ready to tell it.”

She added, “Life comes with a lot of ups and downs, and so much of it gets lost ‘in the editing,’ if you will. It was time to share the director’s cut. I put so much of myself into this book; the good, the bad and the wackadoodle. It feels really good to see it finally come together.”

And in true Lisa fashion, she declared, “The vault is open, honey!”

The memoir promises plenty of career stories, personal moments, and behind-the-scenes tea. An official description teased, “If she’s experienced it … you better believe she’s gonna talk about it!”

Since leaving RHOBH in 2023, Lisa has stayed busy. She has walked major runways at Fashion Week, launched her podcast with Harry, launched Rinna Beauty, and worked alongside daughters Amelia Gray and Delilah Hamlin on campaigns and film projects.

At 62, Lisa says she is far from slowing down. “I think I can do pretty much whatever I want to do. And I think everybody is unstoppable, and everyone can do what they want to do,” she explained. “You just got to believe it, manifest it and say, ‘I’m going to do this.’”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills streams on Peacock. Viewers in the U.K. and Ireland can watch on Hayu.
