RHOM Alum Lea Black Preparing To Sell Los Angeles Home for Over $6 Million

It’s time for a new chapter. Following the heartbreaking loss of her husband, Roy Black, Real Housewives of Miami alum Lea Black is preparing to make a major life change. She’s gearing up to put their Los Angeles home on the market. For just a little under $7 million, you can live like the Blacks.

RHOM fans will recall Lea boasting about her bicoastal life on the show. Although she and Roy had their glamorous Star Island home, they also had property in Los Angeles. They ended up purchasing a 4500 square foot Hollywood Hills retreat in 2016 for $5.6 million, where they continued hosting parties for politicians, Hollywood stars, and other posh socialites.

According to TMZ, she’s now preparing to list the home for almost $7 million. It isn’t officially on the market, but the outlet got pictures of the home looking staged and ready to present to buyers. The new owners will have immediate access to a bar fitted with Italian marble, an entertainment lounge, a chef’s kitchen, and much more.

The house sits on two lots, and it was basically built for entertaining. Outside, there’s a massive seating area with a BBQ designed by Porsche, a resort-style pool, another kitchen, and a firepit. The property sits above the Sunset Strip, so it really doesn’t get any more LA than this.

Insiders close to Lea explained that selling the home will give her time to focus on her ginormous homes. She still has the place on Star Island, in addition to homes in Coral Gables and Texas.

Although she’ll no longer have a residence in Los Angeles, she still plans on spending time in the city. When she’s there, the insider said she intends on “maintaining a presidential-level hotel suite.” It sounds like a life of luxury.

The Real Housewives of Miami airs on Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo. You can stream it on Peacock or Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
