Season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami introduced us to Stephanie Shojaee. The wealthy businesswoman loved to show off her Birkin bags and discuss her private plane. During the Season 7 finale, she treated the RHOM cast to a winter wonderland-themed Christmas party.
The festive party featured snow, Mr. and Mrs. Claus, and lavish gifts for Stephanie’s co-stars. And it featured a concert by the one and only Adriana de Moura. Stephanie and some of the cast were peeved when Adriana started the concert 20 minutes late. However, her set list really had the ladies talking.
Stephanie Shojaee spills “tea” from the RHOM Season 7 finale
During The Real Housewives of Miami After Show, the ladies discussed Adriana’s performance, which included her hits Fyah, Feel the Rush, and I Love My Dog. However, most of the cast wasn’t feeling the love for Adriana’s ode to her pup, Basquiat. Stephanie called the song “awful” and admitted that Adriana didn’t get the set list approved before the event.
“Oh my god, this is tea. So, the day of, she sends what she’s gonna put on the screen,” Stephanie explained. “And I remember getting a call from the marketing department. She’s like, ‘I don’t think you’re gonna be OK with this presentation.'” Adriana’s visuals for the stage consisted of “rando pictures” of Adriana and her dog.
Stephanie continued, “So, I called her up and I was like, ‘Adriana, I love you and I’m super happy to have you performing, but there’s one line I’m drawing and it’s this presentation board.'” So, the Shoma marketing team was able to “completely fix” the presentation.
Then Kiki Barth weighed in on Adriana’s tardiness. “It’s very rude to show up so late and to actually try to make everything about you. I understand she’s a very good singer,” Kiki stated. “I love Adriana’s song, but come on; I think it’s rude.”
