The RHOBH alum moved to the 30-acre lavender farm back in 2017, right as her daughters’ modeling careers began taking off. If you follow Yolanda on Instagram, then you’ve definitely seen the videos of her peacefully harvesting lavender and bonding with her beloved miniature horse, Muku. Now, she’s ready to let it all go.

“Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling chronic neurological Lyme disease, I needed to get away from the noise of city life. I longed for a sanctuary where I could heal and reconnect with Mother Earth just the way I grew up in Holland,” Yolanda said in a statement to TMZ.

“When I found the farm, I instantly fell in love … there were no gates at that time, so I parked on the main road and walked down the long driveway, the energy was unbelievable,” Yolanda continued. “I instantly knew I was home even before I saw the buildings.”

Since then, Yolanda renovated the property to make it fit for a supermodel family. There are three bedrooms and five bathrooms. Plus, the main home has five fireplaces, a spiral staircase, and a ton of modern touches.

Of course, there’s also a pool. There’s also an 8,000-square-foot stone barn that’s been renovated into an entertainment space and gym. It boasts multiple gardens, equestrian training areas, and pretty much anything you can imagine on this massive property.

The news of Yolanda offloading her Pennsylvania farm comes just months after she announced her split from her fiancé, Joseph Jingoli. The pair bought a $10 million sprawling ranch in Texas before calling off their engagement. Regardless of their breakup, it seems like she’s trading Pennsylvania for the Lone Star State.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
