On the heels of a tumultuous and public divorce, Brittany Cartwright decided that a transformation was in order. The Valley star recently underwent a pretty extensive mommy makeover. Not only did she have her previous breast implants removed, but she had new ones put in. The surgery also included a tummy tuck procedure.
She first gave an update after her voluntary withdrawal from Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4. At the time, she shared a picture of her with a selfie, complete with a surgical brand strapped around her waist. How is she feeling now? Well, the reality TV star is jumping for joy.

Brittany was a recent guest on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast. It was during the segment that she gave a cheerful update about her recovery. While still sore, the more time spent healing has shown her more and more of the result.
“So every week that passes, every day that passes, every time I take a shower, I cry in the mirror because I’m so happy,” she shared in the October 23 episode.
The recovery process has also come with a challenge, though, especially when caring for her son Cruz Cauchi. Mostly nonverbal and in speech therapy, his physical touch with Brittany is crucial, but it’s a struggle for her to physically handle.
“Me and Cruz, our relationship is very huggy, lovey, playing all day, him jumping on me because he’s a little boy and everything else. So there was a little bit of mom guilt in there [because] I couldn’t do that. But I’m getting better every day … I feel like he knows that and he noticed that about me.”
She’s also doing all of this recovery during filming of The Valley Season 3. Maybe this upcoming season will give a closer glimpse into her healing journey.
