Sai De Silva believes The Real Housewives of New York will someday rise from the ashes like Dumbledore’s phoenix.
“I will say that I will be at BravoCon,” she shared on October 22. “But other than that, we have no news, so TBD. But there will be a show, for sure.”
Following Season 15’s messy conclusion earlier this year, fans worried about the show’s status. Although there were rumors of a complete cast overhaul (again), in May the network hinted that the show isn’t officially canceled and but only on a “pause.”
Could we get RHONY cast news at BravoCon 2025?

“I would love to come back,” Sai told Us Weekly, at the American Ballet Theatre’s 2025 Fall Gala. “I mean, being a part of Real Housewives of New York is just such a pivotal moment in my life. To be even asked to do it … It’s iconic and I’m a New Yorker, so I would love to represent.”
While she knows the show is returning in some form, Sai claims to be ignorant about any specific casting decisions to date. “We know nothing,” she insisted. “We have absolutely no idea.”
In addition to Sai, the cast of Season 15 included Jenna Lyons, Erin Lichy, Ubah Hassan, Racquel Chevremont, Brynn Whitfield and Jessel Taank. Designer Rebecca Minkoff was also featured as a “friend” of the cast.
Following the Season 15 reunion, both Brynn and Rebecca confirmed they were stepping away from the show. But the fate of the rest of the cast is still unknown.
In May, Andy Cohen hinted that producers were recasting the show. “I don’t know how else to say it,” he shared on an episode of SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live. “We are between seasons … [But] last week when I was here, the Bravo execs met with 10 potential new Real Housewives of New York.”
Meanwhile, fans are hoping for a RHONY announcement at the upcoming BravoCon in Las Vegas, scheduled for November 14-16.
The Real Housewives of New York is now streaming on Peacock.
