Real Housewives czar Andy Cohen hung out on Alex Cooper’s podcast.
After discussing who he thinks is the worst about talking over their castmates, the pair moved on to more lighthearted subjects. In a game of Bravo Rapid Fire, Alex quickly ran through a list of questions, while Andy answered with the first response that came to mind.
Andy Cohen names a former RHONJ star’s husband
“Who is the hottest husband on Housewives?” Alex asked on her Call Her Daddy podcast.
“You know what?” Andy replied. “Angel [Massie], the new Potomac Housewife, her husband [is a] former NFL player … He’s bringing it right now.”
“If you could throw a drink in any Housewives husband’s face, who would it be?” Alex wondered.
“First of all, I don’t condone violence,” Andy said. “There was a one season Housewife from Jersey called Amber [Marchese]. It would be her husband [James Marchese].” Sadly, I don’t remember her, but apparently she wasn’t popular.
“Perfect. I’m dead,” Alex continued. “Who is a cast member you wanted so bad, but couldn’t get to sign on?”
“There was a woman,” Andy recalled. Evidently, “people complained about the lack of diversity on RHONY for years. [Subsequently, we met with] a few very high profile women of color in New York that … That was Erica Reid, [recording executive] L.A. Reid’s wife, [but] L.A. didn’t want to be on the show … She was kind of the one that got away.”
Meanwhile, “which petty feud lasted way too long, in your opinion?” Alex asked.
“There have been so many,” Andy hesitated, while Alex urged him to just pick one. “Gretchen and Tamara right now are arguing about things that happened 15 years ago.”
Surprisingly, he didn’t immediately name Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga. That one’s been going on for way too long, too. But they could be in the process of brokering peace soon.
