The Traitors is definitely not for the weak of heart. The mystery/survival reality competition is a battle of wits and will, and Lisa Rinna now has firsthand experience. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum summed up her experience perfectly, saying it was a wild f*cking ride.
Lisa isn’t the first of the Housewives to join The Traitors. There have been quite a few, some who did really well, too. So she believed she had prepared well to head to the castle. However, she quickly realized that wasn’t the case.
Lisa Rinna says her Traitors cast “is amazing”
Lisa was stopped on the red carpet and asked about her experience on Traitors. Her answer was classic.
“It was a wild f*cking ride,” she laughed. ‘That’s what I’m going to say to you!”
She further elaborated on the game and her experience. “You know, Traitors is such an interesting game,” she said being cautious not to give anything away. “It was so fascinating to film. And I really had the time of my life.”
However, she didn’t realize how unprepared she was until the game began. “You really don’t know what you’re getting into,” she admitted. “I mean, I watched it before I did it, so I would know what the heck I was doing. Doesn’t help you at all!”
She added, “You’re playing this game. And it’s a mindf*ck. I really think it’s a game of luck.”
But at the same time, she was thankful for the awesome cast and the friends she made along the way. “This cast is amazing! I love this cast,” Lisa shared. “I met some really good friends now, that I can call friends, which is fun.”
And towards the end, she added a cheeky dig at the Housewives too, “And I like that there were guys and girls. Much more fun than just girls.”
Lisa is one of five Housewives competing in the upcoming season. It should be interesting to see her interact with the others. And here’s hoping Dorinda Medley lasts longer this time around!
The Traitors Season 4 is expected to drop in January 2026 on Peacock.
