Welcome back, Below Deck Mediterranean fans! Last week, we said goodbye to two deckhands and hello (again) to Joe Bradley. V is also now on the deck team, which Joe likes, but he also likes Kizzi. This love triangle might soon create problems, as evidenced on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 Episode 6, “The Tempest.”
What happened in Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 Episode 6?
A storm is rolling in, both literally and figuratively. Josh is weary in the galley. But thankfully, V and Joe are solid assets on the deck team. But as these yachties battle the unpredictable elements outside, a love triangle takes shape within the crew, leaving Joe, V, and Kizzi stuck in bad romances, in more ways than one.
Chef Josh returns

Carlos, the picky vegan, receives a light scolding from one of his friends. Once this guest sticks up for Josh, we see Josh on the pier, smoking his frustrations away before returning to the yacht.
The guests go to bed. Joe and Kizzi flirt. Later, Kizzi texts Tommy, her boyfriend. But Tommy isn’t free.
In the morning, Josh makes a quiche, hoping it finds Carlos well. Either way, the wind has died down. Captain Sandy can finally get the yacht off the dock.
The new deck team nails its first departure. Once anchored, the primary, LaDonna, takes off on a jet ski while V teaches Joe how to make a reef knot. Her late boyfriend taught her everything he knew, V explains.
Thankfully, Carlos has zero complaints about the breakfast.
The thunder rolls

The weather shifts. As the deck team starts bringing everything in, their tender floats away. Max takes a running jump and lands in it. At his side, V brings everything out of the water, which impresses everyone, including the guests.
Captain Sandy motors the yacht back to the dock. The deck team once again nails their roles. V wants to stay on this team. Nathan smiles, saying he will talk to Captain Sandy soon.
In the crew mess, Joe and V flirt. In the galley, Aesha worries. The weather has ruined this charter, and the guests have been hiding in their rooms. But tonight, her team has plans for a high tea and a dance party to (hopefully) improve their moods.
Joe tells Nathan that he likes V and Kizzi. But he is not interested in another love triangle. So now, he has to decide which lady to choose. Luckily for him, Kizzi enters his airspace, eager to teach him a dirty dance for their guests that night.
The guests sit for dinner. Josh has outdone himself, yet they still have a few complaints. But when they try his dessert, their vibes shift. Josh has “listened” and adapted to their complaints.
The guests head upstairs for their Spanish dance lesson. Finally, they are all smiling. But when they go to bed, Kizzi pulls Aesha aside, letting her know that she feels frustrated with V’s split assignment in the interior. Aesha promises, “We’ll get help.”
V learns her fate

Kizzi receives a sweet text from Tommy. She leaves him on read.
The next day, LaDonna can’t find her headband. It belonged to her daughter, who she tragically lost in 2022. “So, I need that,” LaDonna cries. Aesha hugs LaDonna, and as her own eyes water, she reaches into LaDonna’s bed and finds her headband, sending them both into a giddy round of hugs, tears, and squeals.
Captain Sandy spots Nathan and Joe hanging out. “Hmm,” she says. As the guests depart, Carlos praises Josh. Josh, in his clown attire, gives himself a pat on the back.
Kizzi is ready to let loose. So, she should break up with her boyfriend, says Nathan. “I’ll do that at some point,” Kizzi answers, but when she does, Nathan wants to be the first one to know.
The guests leave $40,000 in tips, making it the crew’s largest cash grab yet. They send LaDonna a text message to say thanks. But before they can spend this money on booze, Captain Sandy calls Aesha and Nathan to the bridge. They both love V, but V loves the deck team, so V is moving there full-time, and Captain Sandy will find a new stew to take her spot.
Luckily for them, Norma has an available stew in mind.
Kizzi and Tommy break up

Max calls Kizzi a “jackal,” while Joe calls V “a sweetheart,” but Joe is the real Tenderheart Bear. He is saving his money to buy his mother an apartment. When we spoke with Joe, he excitedly told us that his mother is now cancer-free. And now, V has fallen all the more into like with him.
But Kizzi “is missing the meat.” Joe feels doomed. He can either be “a homewrecker” with Kizzi, or “a heartbreaker” with V. “Just don’t f*ck around with the boat,” Nathan says.
At the bar, Kizzi and Joe stand together, while Aesha, looking like a peacock in heat, dances with Josh. V moves in, and she and Joe also start dancing. Kizzi excuses herself to the bar. Nathan joins her, but as Kizzi explains, she is not starting anything with anyone until she talks to Tommy.
Joe tells V that he is “so sorry” about her boyfriend’s passing. He doesn’t want to force her into moving forward, but V feels ready. Joe picks her up and twirls her in the air.
Back on the yacht, Kizzi calls Tommy to admit, “I just wanna kiss someone.” Tommy is upset. “That is such a mad message to receive,” he says. They break up as Kizzi cries, “I f*cking hate boys.”
Below Deck Mediterranean continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo. It streams on Peacock.
