Imagine fainting, and then the first thing you see when you wake up is Alexia Nepola’s face. That was the reality for someone at a black-tie gala this week. A guy passed out in the middle of the event, but Alexia came to the rescue, alongside her Real Housewives of Miami costar Kiki Barth. They’re basically heroes.

Page Six got the scoop on this wild story about Alexia and Kiki moonlighting as first responders. The two were at the 30th annual InterContinental Miami Make-A-Wish Ball when a guest suddenly passed out. That’s definitely not something anyone there wished for.
“They snapped into mother bear mode,” a source told the outlet. “They turned into Florence Nightingale. They got him some orange juice, put some cold compresses on his back and his head, and helped nurse him back.”
A handful of other RHOM cast members were at the event, including Larsa Pippen. She probably missed all of this drama because an insider at the gala said she spent the whole night packing on the PDA with her NBA boyfriend, Jeff Coby.
Meanwhile, the person at the gala ended up fainting a second time. They said that Alexia knew exactly what to do because she’s been in this situation in the past when caring for her son, Frankie Rosello.
“After resting a little bit, they got him back u,p and he fainted again, so they ended up calling the ambulance,” the source said of the scary moment.
Despite the medical emergency, the rest of the gala went off without a hitch. Marc Anthony performed, and they wound up raising $3 million for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Hopefully, the guy who fainted is doing okay.
