Fans love it when an A-lister weighs in on the Bravo world, but some feel Jennifer Lawrence might have taken things too far. The Oscar-winner sat down on the Las Culturistas podcast last week, and she started going off about all things pop culture, as one does. When they touched on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Jennifer made an observation about Lisa Barlow’s facial procedure that wasn’t exactly kind. Now, she’s catching hell from Bravo fans who think she crossed a line.

Lisa’s face has become a topic of conversation on Season 6 of RHOSLC, thanks to Angie Katsanevas saying it had been “pulled back” by a facelift. That accusation prompted Lisa to come forward and explain that she hadn’t had a facelift, but instead got threads.
“Don’t ever knock threads, they are the best thing that you can do for yourself,” Lisa told Page Six a few weeks ago.
“I don’t like filler. I don’t like to put Botox in my face,” she explained. “My mom is like, ‘Why would you put botulism by your brain?’ So limited botox, but threads are a way to get a natural boost and lift.”
On Las Culturistas, Jennifer made it clear that she wasn’t impressed by the threads. She’s leaving that out of her beauty regimen. Botox is more her thing, apparently.
“Lisa Barlow is … I won’t get threads, that’s good to know,” Jennifer told hosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers.
Bowen tried to defend Lisa, noting that she “looks good.” However, Jennifer didn’t seem convinced. She said “okay” and started chuckling before they moved on to a different topic.
Meanwhile, Housewives fans haven’t moved on. Plenty of RHOSLC fans thought Jennifer’s snide remark about Lisa’s appearance took her Housewives’ commentary a step in the wrong direction.
“This is gross behavior,” one fan wrote on Twitter/X.
“Jennifer Lawrence becoming more and more unlikable with every podcast,” another fan observed.
“Lisa is very beautiful, I feel like you can insult her character, but looks is too much, [especially] someone that you don’t know personally,” another viewer added.
