Corey Feldman’s estranged wife is hoping to cash in on his big financial score.
The child star recently appeared on Dancing with the Stars exiting the competition in September alongside partner Jenna Johnson. Although he was the second couple eliminated from the show, he reportedly pocketed a substantial payday. After seven years of marriage, it was revealed that Corey was divorcing Courtney Anne Mitchell.
Following Corey’s recent gig, she believes she should get more financial support from him.

Being part of a show like DWTS comes with numerous financial perks. At least that’s what Courtney thinks. She alleges one can pocket between $125,000 and $300,000 for appearing on the program. His time may not have last very long due to outside distractions. Corey reportedly got distracted by a Charlie Sheen headline during his time on the show. US Weekly reports that, due to this, she is seeking $7,226 per month from the actor of The Goonies for spousal support. Currently, Corey is paying her $3,500 a month.
According to Courtney, a forensic accountant discovered that her estranged husband had a gross income of $21,878 for the first eight months of this year. He reportedly also had an average gross 20-month income of $19,797. In her court filings, she states that Corey is a well-known former child star, while she works at minimum-wage jobs. Her occupations in the documents include part-time work as a barista and part-time at Goodwill.
Corey initially paid her $2,000 a month, a fee that increased to $3,500 in November 2024. She believes the new payment fee should run for three years before ending on September 30, 2027. Courtney claims to owe her divorce lawyer $8,000. She also wants an extra $15,000 from Corey to cover legal fees.
Samantha Waranch, Corey’s publicist, said: “I can say these requests are unexpected and excessive.” Meanwhile, Courtney claims she has had to borrow money from her family to get by.
She says that their marriage fell apart because of Corey’s partying, something he’s denied.
